She had hardley heard his words when he spoke. "Hey wait! What do you mean?!" She said running after him. He couldnt just tell her something like that and leave curiousity to get the best of her. "Why do you have to go...?" She asked more softly, ending her chase for him as she stood in the middle of the empty road, watching him walk away. Her long braids being teased by the wind, and her big blue eyes wide.

Shioreta sighed hearing her voice as he walked away. He didn’t understand why he was reluctant to leave, or why he cared if he harmed her now. That had been his intention anyway! He paused, feeling the wind moving his hair; he sniffed the air, picking up her scent. Humans smell so good. He thought looking back at her, knowing she’s be able to see his red eyes in the dark even if she saw nothing else. He allowed his wings to form and leaped up onto a building. He ran as fast as he could away from her.

She watched him, wanting to run after him, but that would be a lost hope and she knew it. So all she did was mutter, "Please dont leave me like everyone else..." She said in a soft voice. Starring into the darkness of the night. The last thing she saw of him was her blood red eyes. The same eyes that sent chills up her back everytime they looked at her, but the same eyes she found warmth in. "Stupid demon boy." She mutterd codly as turned on her heels and walked away. For once, cant someone just stay?! She mentally yelled in her head.

Shioreta leaped from the top of the building to the ally below. He grabbed the man sitting there and sank his fangs into his throat. The burning hunger in him died away. He dropped the man’s corpse and sighed. He’d wanted to stay with Denali but he would have hurt her if he did. And for some reason unknown to him the thought of hurting her made him angry. He sighed, he wouldn’t hurt her now. He smelled the air, searching for her scent.

She let out a muffled groan as she walked over to the side of an old brick building, and slid to the ground. "Stupid, stupid, and yet again, stupid." She said outloud, scolding herself for wanting Shioreta around. "Why would he even care...?" She thought to herself with anoyance.

Shioreta easily picked up on her scent. He followed it quickly. He couldn’t show himself to her, not after he’d left like that but he would follow her; stalk her more less. He paused when her scent grew stronger; she was just around the corner. He sighed and leaned against the wall listening to her.

She sighed softly as she leaned her head back against the cold wall, a feeling of emptiness held her close. Shioreta's blood red eyes kept flashing in her mind. His black hair, and a colds hands that gave her so much warmth. Suddenly, she felt like she was being watched. She opend her eyes and looked around, but no one was around that she could see. "I must be paranoid." She mummbled to herself as she closed her eyes again.

Shioreta bit his lip, wanting very much to step around the corner but his pride permitted him from doing so. He sighed; if she leads me to her house then I can appear. He shook his head, that wouldn’t do. He walked around the corner and stood, leaning against the wall.
