Artemis fell to the ground. She watched the angel draw a sword, covered in blood. Artemis looked at her hands, which were also dripping with blood. She wondered how many demons this angel had fought.
"Thanks.." she coughed weakly, blood dribbling out her lips. She covered her mouth, her grandma had warned her what the sight and smell of blood did to demons sanity and instincts, hoping the demon had not seen it. Although it was very possible she had as her hands and head were covered in it already.

Sakura sighed, glancing back at the girl, “It might not be safe for you to stay here, but there are other demons in this city. You won’t get very far, plus if you stay I’ll heal you, if I’m still alive.” She returned her attention back to the demon waiting for her to make the first move. She could feel her hands shaking but she would protect this human with her life. Though she wouldn’t be much of a fight with how much blood she was losing. Stupid brother, She cursed, he’d caused the wound that went a crossed her chest. Her vision blurred just a bit but she blinked it away, “If your going to fight for her, hurry up and attack or I’ll take the first strike.”

Artemis looked at the ground. She wanted to get out of here, but she wanted to stay and help the angel that saved her life...
She picked up a small rock. Even though she was a small person she had a good aim, but her head hurt, so when she threw the rock, it barley skimmed the demons head. "Oh crap," she said as she dived for another rock...

Tagg pouted innocently. "I hadn't even touched the little darling." The smile still danced on her face but her eyes were now trained on the drops of blood on the girl's face. The smell had barely reached her but she already found herself entirely focused on the brilliant dark red. Dang. She had already drained another human earlier that day but when the oppertunity presented itself for more, she could not help it. No demon could. Not looking away, Tagg cocked her head slightly, a curious expression on her face. How to deal with the angel. The over-sized chicken had a poker, too. How was that even fair? Not really caring, Tagg wondered how angel blood would taste when mixed with human blood. Undoubtedly fantastic. Not even ducking when the rock flew at her, Tagg watched the little girl dive for another rock. "Your little out-of-the-hood-project is a little unintelligent." She obseved, speaking to the angel but never removing her gaze. "Sure you don't want me to take it off your hands for you...?"
Now that she smelled blood she wouldn't give her target up unless she had caught it or was nearly dead. Either way, there would be blood tonight.

Sakura blinked in surprise when the rock flew past her, it just barely missed the demon’s head. It wouldn’t hurt the demon but it would probably make her angry. “What do you think your doing?!” She tossed a few throwing knifes to the ground, “Use these if you really want to.” She glared at the demon, “You touch her I really will kill you.” She didn’t bother to say the, If I can kill you, that obviously hung in the air. She lifted her sword and spaced her feet, bracing for an attack she knew she couldn’t take.

Artemis looked at the knives, knowing if she attempted to throw one it would probably hit the angel instead. She attempted to dodge by the demon, coughing up blood again as she did so. Her cloak caught on the same bramble her shoe caught on. She bent over to tug it free, she didn't want to rip it, but then looked back at the demon, standing not 2 feet away, the fear in her eyes unimaginable...

Shioreta let go of the girl. He grinned, flashing fang, “What’s a little girl doing wondering around at night?” He chuckled, the scent of her blood making him lose the bit of sanity he had.

Sakura sighed, seeing the human flop to the ground. She lifted her sword and lunged at the demon, aiming for her heart. She hoped to end this quickly but knew that it wasn’t likely.
