Letty ducked, her eyes wide as the blade passed only inches above her head. She put herself in a fighting position when the demon asked the boy why he was fighting his own kind. It didn't sink in until she realized she was sunk. One angel against three demons?! Impossible! She gulped and slapped her palm to her face. "Great," she muttered. "Just great," her eyes were closed, and if she would have been thinking right she would not have let herself be unguarded like that...

Akai smiled when he missed her and tilted his head to the side. “It’s odd to use this boy. He’s strong enough but the angelic blood in him dilutes my powers. Obviously not too much is diluted since I can change his appearance. The fact he wields my blade makes it easier.” He laughed and licked the black swords blade. He looked at Jynx, “Yes little girl I am a demon. Can’t you sense that much? I’m a dead demon though. Do you want to die? It isn’t fun.” He shook his head and shifted his wings. He clicked his tongue and watched both girls closely, considering both enemies.

Jynx glanced over at the other angel, the ferociousness finally leaving her eyes as she shook her head. "Hey, don't worry, I'm not worried about attacking you right now, got it?"
Her main priority was finding out why exactly this guy had turned on her if he was some sort of demon. It wasn't her fault that he'd seemed to come off as an angel at first. If she would have known from the beginning that he was really and demon, she wouldn't have tried to pick a fight in the first place. When she and the gang had been together, the number one rule was to never pick a fight with a fellow demon. Heck the entire reason she'd come down here was to help out another one of her own.
But this jerk wasn't playing by the rules. How dare he have the audacity to come and turn on his own kind! If he was going to try and her in an attempt to save the angels, well that was just flat out wrong...
"Hey! I'm all up for respecting a fellow demon... but if you're going to come and try attacking me, well then, that's just flat out messed up."
However, when he spoke, things suddenly began to make more sense...
The demon who had just tried to attack her... was a demon... but the host in which he was possessing... was an angel...
Allowing for her muscles to relax just the slightest bit, her eyebrow arched and she cocked her head to the side and examined him for a while. "Interesting... I've never met a demon who actually possessed someone else..."
Her lips curved up slightly into a smile as she kept her eyes locked onto him. "But I've got to say, that's a pretty awesome way of living on." She pushed a couple of wisps of dark hair out of her face, but didn't shift her gaze at all as she spoke to the other demon. "I mean, I don't suppose I would care to die right here, right now... and I don't think I ever really thought of it as fun..."
She slowly backed away a little bit, still watching him. "What do you say we call truce? I mean, if I would have known right off the bat that you were a demon, I probably wouldn't have come here, looking for a fight in the first place."

"I have a score to settle," Letty repeated, rolling her eyes. She was in the mood for a fight too, but she knew she would never.. ever ever win one against three demons. Even if one was dead. "And no, demon-angel thing, I am not in the mood to die." she spat on the ground in front of his feet.

Akai chuckled at her reassuring the angel. He flicked the blonde hair out of his eyes; he hated blonde hair for reasons unknown to him. He listened to the demon prattle on about her not meaning to attack him. He didn’t care if it was demon blood, angels, or humans. As long as the struggle was good he didn’t care. But he couldn’t feed now since he was possessing an angel, at least not yet. He’d consume the boy’s angelic power soon enough.
He chuckled at the demon’s offer, “If you insist, then I guess you can leave.” He smiled, “I’m not used to this body so I guess I can’t fight yet.” He sheathed the dark sword and put his hands behind his head. He glared at the angel, “You’re lucky I can’t drain your pretty little neck.” He snarled, snapping fangs that shouldn’t be there.

Jynx uh appraoched Gabriel and Letty and they had a little bit of a...I don't think it could be called a battle, Gabriel lost control of Akai who i guess attacked Jynx...(cant rally call it an attack because no one got hurt...) And I think Artemis said something to Maria...}{

"I dare you to," Letty snapped back, which was probably not a great idea...

Akai frowned, “I can’t. Really. I’m might be a demon but the body I’m in is an angel. It can’t consume blood.” He scratched his head a bit perplexed.

"Interesting," Jynx muttered, more to herself than to anyone else. She then placed a hand on her hip and looked back at him, her eyes still filled with curiosity as she spoke the words, "So how exactly does this whole possession thing work?"
She was very, very interested in how it came to be that a demon could actually possess another being. To think that a demon could live on forever if he or she wished, simply by selecting a host, living your life out, and then moving onto another once that host finally wore out. To Jynx, it sounded like the perfect plan for immortality.
