((Yeah, that's another detail I forgot to add. I'm not so good at describing things am I? C:
I based this RP off the movie 'Porco Rosso', a Sudio Ghibli film. I relized that not many people had seen this movie so I described most of the aspects of it but have seemed to have missed some))

Gina stood up as Lorenzo left to serve the woman at the bar. SHe watched him walk all the way behind tha counter where he was hidden behind his glasses and bottles. He fixed up a martini for his customer and go back to cleaning glasses or whatever he would do. It was so routine to him that Gina thought of him as almost robatic at his job. After seeing that Lorenzo was preocupied, Gina started to head up the back room that was set aside for the employees. She expected on seeing the new girl there since she was timid and still getting used to her surroundings, and GIna didn't blame her, it's hard to be in a new job around a rough, roudy croud.
Gina gently pushed the half glass door that lead to the back employees room, if it could be called a room. It was more like a balchony attached to the end of the kitchen with a roof over it, which was actually the bottom floored part of GIna's secret garden.
"You seem tense," She spoke calmly to little Mayi, "There's no need to be frightened." Gina wanted the new comer to be as welcome as posible.

"Why..." Mayia spoke lowly, her voice a little shaky as she spoke that one word. "What is this place?... And why did you take me here?..." She said, side stepping away from Gina and turning to face her, hiding her fear behing a mask. Behind an expression meant to call for battle. "A-And just who are you anyway?" Mayia asked, clenching her hands into fists. She was filled with questions, feeling so alone. This woman... She took her from the streets but for what? Mayia was in one of the uniforms for this place while her regular clothing was in the wash, but she was getting nervous just standing here without an order to set her straight or even someone to call friend or... Even stranger. She felt totally alone and with this woman... Gina... This place was wreaking of alcohol and Mayia smelled something fishy... Literally. The smell of fish was in the air as well. Rubber, wood... And the unmistakable scent of rusty iron. This place seemed like much more than a restaurant. Mayia's eyes were flickering from behind Mayia's bangs. They gave her away. They showed her fear, but her bangs covering her eyes were their purpose. She wasn't going to let her life be told by the pools of sky blue.

Gina was taken aback by the yound Mayia's reaction. She was trying her best to comfort her but it seems she was still frightened by a new environment. "I hoped to give you a new life," Gina responded to her, "I couldn't see you living in the shadows of the streets without kicking myself for not helping you. I just wanted to help by giving you a safe place to be durring the day and a place to sleep. I'm not imprissoning you, ya know." Despite her calming words, Gina could tell Mayia was very fragile on the inside.

Mayia looked up at Gina with a surprised expression, finding her motive a little hard to believe. "S-So... You're... tryng to help me?" She asked quietly, clasping her hands together and watching Gina with eyes that belonged to a hopeful child. She took in a deep breath and brought herself to just inch a little closer. For a week she had been sleeping in the back room. This was the first time she was able to get her thoughts straight.

"Of coarse not sweety," Gina replied, "Why would I be out to get you?" She smiled, knowing that she had gained a little trust in Mayia. Gina picked up a chair and placed the side of it against the wall of the balchony. She wasn't used to her employees not being in the restaruant at this hour but she didn't mind Mayia being there. She gazed off into the vast sea, small planes dancing in the wind and boats dotting the moonlit water. Looking directly above, Gina could see the roots from some of her plants drooping down over the roof's wall and growing closer to the sea.

Mayia looked up at Gina curiously, then nodded once, having a feeling that even if she did deny her kindness, it wouldn't get her anywhere. "Then... Would you mind i-intro... I-Introducing... me to the other employees?..." Mayia asked hesitantly, now gaining a bit of a curiosity about this place and the people who work here. She didn't want to be left in the dark, so at the very least, she could figure out who the biggest threat here was and whowas the least dangerous. It would give her an advantage if anything were to happen.

(I'm new, so all I know is that Mayia is kind of freaking out and Gina is trying to help in the back room of Gina's restaurant/dinner/whatever XD)
