(Oh, and an other FYI for everybody, Me and my sisters all share the same computer.
It really hurt, waking up with a headache.
Annie pushed herself up from her wet with tears pillow, to face her bag again.
She wiped away sleep from her eyes and yawned.
Then she quickly gave a glance around the room before she picked up her black shirt, folded neatly
into her bag.
On the shirt it said, "Blame my parents." A long, long time ago, she put tape over the word "Parents" and changed it to "Mother". Why? Well... Deafness ran in the family. She got it from her mother.
She chuckled silently to herself and slipped it over her white tank-top and then looked down in her bag again.
There it was.
That thing that taunted her just like the hearing aid.
That cap of bad... bad memory.
It was a black hat. The same one she... she had worn when she had once put some kid in the hospital.
No... she wasn't that same person.
That was another person, not her.
She had made so much damage... and their teeth... their lips... gone.
And then jail...
She shook her head clear, and picked up the hat slowly.
She stared at it.
Maybe she was that person, again.
Maybe...
Maybe not...
In this place nothing was sure.
She picked it up, and slipped all of her blond hair into it, not leaving a strand out of it.
Yes. This was her again.
For now.
Annie walked down the empty hallway, until she came to the lobby.
There, arms hugging her knees, was a girl. The girl looked up at Annie with a scowl.
"Who are you?" snapped the girl, getting to her feet.
Annie raised an eyebrow, and looked around.
"Uh... Annie." Annie said. Yeah, ha-ha, she thought. How did she know that she wasn't just mumbling or even saying anything. She could feel her throat. It made movement.
The girl rolled her eyes and nodded. "Where's my room?" the girl snapped.
Annie shrugged, and left the girl standing there.
She went straight for the lake, outside of the Academy.
(Sorry if there was really somebody in the hallway, I can't always read all the posts.)
