Charlie was locked up in some room. It smelled like a hospital. The bag had been taken off her head, thank God.
The only light the room had was a blazing yellow light in the center.
Doctors had come by every now and then to check up on her. They kept sticking her with needles. She would've killed them, except that the handcuffs hadn't come off when the bag did. No matter what she did, she couldn't break them. Not like when she broke the pair that the cops had put on her when she got caught trying to kill that one guy who liked to beat up his girlfriends. These where made especially for her. The psycho killer teenager.
She had tried to ask them about Rain, where she was and if she was alive. She still couldn't feel her. Maybe she was dead.
She had thought about trying to contact Annie, but didn't try it. She had some crazy idea that maybe they could track the thoughts like they could track a cell phone. Maybe that was just crazy.
A man entered the room, the same man every time. "It's time," he said.
Interrogation was once every four hours. They needed her to break. Needed her to spill her guts.
He always brought a chair with him, and did again. He sat in front of her.
"What kids have what powers? Anything useful?" he asked... again.
"The girl you've got in the hospital, she has the gift to be able to attract any guy... or girl. He boyfriend's got the gift to make pigs fly. Annie has the gift to attract any guy. J.J.'s gift is to---"
"Enough! I'm being serious and you know it, Charlotte. " he yelled.
She winced at that. She hadn't been called Charlotte in over ten years.
"Tell ya what. You let me have a break in the little girls room, and I'll answer anything." she said.
"Maybe. Let's hear the answers first."
Rain, can you hear me? It's Charlie. Please answer me. I think I've figured a way outta this place.

Annie was in a crazy day.
Rain was almost dead, Charlie was gone, J.J. was just freaking, and well, Alex, she had no idea.
Annie had went to dye her hair.
"You're sure about this sweetheart?" the lady asked.
Annie nodded.
After about an hour she saw what she looked like.
What could get crazier than dying parts of your hair rainbow pastel?
She had even cut it off just below the chin, making it swoop in around her face.
"Like it?" the lady asked.
"Yeah, thanks."
Annie left and went outside.
She took a pistol, and went out into the woods.
"Where are you Charlie?" she whispered to herself.
Rage was inside her.
She clicked off the safety and shot at a tree.
BAMB, BAMB, BAMB, BAMB, BAMB, BAMB.
The tree had so many holes in it, it fell down in front of her.
"Wow," a whisper came from behind her.
She whipped around to see a twelve year old girl there, staring at her with wide eyes.
They stood in silence for a couple of minute.
"Who are you?" Annie snapped.
The girl smiled. "Kate. Kate Sims."
"Sims?"
The girl nodded.
"Why are you here?"
"Well..."
One second the girl was standing there, then he was a blur, and then she was in front of Annie.
"That and well," The girl took out a knife, and cut Annie's hand.
"Hey!" Annie cried out.
Kate giggled, and placed a hand on Annie's hand.
In second, the wound felt better.
Kate lifted her hand, and the cut was gone.

J.J. was on her bed reading The Maze Runner book by James Dashner (Me favorite book.) when she felt like a storm was coming.
She got up from her bed and ran down the stairs into the Academy's doors.
She pushed it open, and then saw the pitch black clouds above her head.
She felt her clothes flapping against her skin rapidly.
Then she saw the dark clouds start to spin, and come down.
It was a tornado.

Annie stared at the girl.
Then she stepped back.
"Don't touch me." she warned.
The girl, Kate as she was called, frowned.
"Why?"
"Because... I can absorb other people's powers."
The girl gasped. "Really? THAT'S SO NEAT!"
Annie stared at the girl.
"No, it isn't." she snapped.
Kate smiled. "Anyway," she said, and then there was a blur, until she was in front of Annie again. "Are you busy? Or can you show me where I can bunk?"
Annie groaned, and then went to the Academy, followed by Kate.

J.J, yelled at the girl that had pastel rainbow hair girl.
Then she noticed it was... holy crud, it was Annie!
"Annie, what are you doing with that wig?" then she gulped. "Oh... that's not a wig."
