"Alright. I'll check that out in a minute." Soujir called from the living room. He was still looking around a bit.

The deer kept running, and Dina kept getting closer. Eventually, she was able to land on its back, and bring it down. It tried to get up, quite helplessly, and that's when she killed it. She stuck both swords into it, then pulled them back out. "There. Food." She said with a small smile.

Squall nodded in agreement. "Yeah, we were. I'd like to tell her off, but then we'd get in trouble with her boyfriend." He said with a sigh. "I guess we could when he's not around, but that's almost never."

"Yeah, a little painful, but not too bad." Akina said taking the food.

Wesley walked into the dining room glancing around. She moved towards the stairs looking up. Wesley started up them carefully.

Shane continued to watch Dina bring the deer down. He smiled walking over to her. "Good job," he said stopping once he was over and standing next to her.

"Why are we even in this group now?" Adam asked looking at Squall.

Dane nodded. "That's good," he said looking at Akina.

Soujiro finished the exploring of the living room, and headed for the basement. He descended the stairs rather quickly, and looked around as he reached the bottom. He couldn't see a thing. He patted around the wall, looking for a light switch. This world really needs glow-in-the-dark light switches..... He thought, and eventually found the switch. He flipped it one, but nothing happened. He sighed, and started up the steps again. He found a flashlight in the kitchen, and luckily, the batteries were still intact. He flipped it on, and headed downstairs again.

"No problem!" Dina said with a smile. She looked at the deer. It was a doe, as it had no antlers, but she really didn't care what it was.

Squall shrugged. "Nowhere else to go. Get fed easily. And we can fight." He said looking at the sky.

Akina also nodded, and looked over at Dane. "Are you okay? I know you didn't get as hurt as I did, but you're probably tired......"

Wesley moved up the stairs, looking around. The floors creaked underneath as if they were going to fall. She walked carefully, searching the area intently. Wesley looked into one of the rooms that had its door open. It was a bedroom with a white piano and dust caked all over it. She walked into the room, interested in it. She opened the blinds which instantly fell from the window, letting light peer in.

“Okay, now let’s carry it back,” Shane said picking it up and thrusting it over his shoulders. He smiled over at Dina starting to walk back to Jack and the others.

Adam nodded starting back to the cave that Jack, Shane and Dina were at.

“Yeah, I’m fine. I’m a little tired, but I can handle it,” Dane replied looking at Akina.

Soujiro kept looking around downstairs. Nothing but a few moths flying around so far. He sighed lightly, and the flashlight started to flicker. "Great." He muttered, but figured he had some time before it went out completely.

Dina nodded, and walked behind Shane. "That should last us for a while." She said with a small smile.

Squall followed, looking around carefully as they walked. His gunblade was in hand, finger on the trigger if anyone dared attack.

"Okay." Akina said with a nod. "Sorry about doing that. You know, running up to those two blindly like that." She said looking at the ground.

Wesley glanced around, easily with the light shining in. She walked over to the piano and ran her fingers over the keys. She took some of the dust off playing the keys. It wasn't tuned and sounded awful. Wesley moved on to another room.

"Yep, it should," Shane said with a smile. He stopped once he was back at their cave. "Hey, Jack."

Adam looked around the surrounding area before returning to look in front of him seeing the cave.

"Don't worry about it. Atleast you're alive and I'm alive and that we now know not to just go up to people randomly," Dane replied looking at Akina.

Soujiro heard the piano key upstairs, but didn't think much of it. He heard a clank, and looked in the direction of it. There was a door with a faint yellow light coming from inside. He figured it was probably the furnace room, so he started towards it. He opened the door more, and stepped in. As he suspected, it was a boiler room. A small fire was going in the furnace. he decided to look around the room, but turned to look at the furnace as he realized something. There wouldn't be a fire in there after this amount of time...... He walked towards it, and turned off the flashlight. There was a small pile of logs beside it. He just looked at it, puzzled.

Dina waved to Jack, then strode past them both into the cave. She had some left over cloth that she could use to wipe off the blood on her swords. She didn't feel like going back to the stream.

Once they had reached the cave, Squall waved to the others, but didn't say anything.

"Yeah." Akina said leaning against the wall, and looking up at the ceiling.

Wesley walked up another flight of stairs wondering where they lead. They lead to a very narrow hallway that could only fit people if they were in a line. It was rather dark, no window anywhere. There were also several doors. She tried some of them, but most were locked.

Shane put the deer down on the ground. He walked over to Jack before looking at Squall and Adam. He sighed waving slightly.

Jack waved to Dina watching as Shane and her came back with the deer. He sighed slightly, leaning against the side of the cave.

"Hope you like the food. There wasn't much compared to the grocery store earlier," Dane said.

Soujiro inspected the furnace more, and could've sworn he heard something behind him. He turned, but nothing was there. "Um...... If there's someone there, I'm not going to hurt you at all. And if you want me to leave, just say the word and I'll get out." He said, but there was no response. He just shrugged, and continued looking around, turning the flashlight on. He found a table with various things on it. It had a locket, a couple pictures in the frames. They had dust all over them. He picked one up, and dusted it off. It had a man, woman, and a little girl. They seemed happy. He set it back down on the table, and picked up the locket, also caked in dust. The dust shook off easily, and it reavealed a little jeweled rose and violet on it. He opened it, and found the same man and woman's picture, except younger.

Dina walked into the cave, and got some of the cloth. She started wiping off the swords, and while she was doing so, Kayden woke up. He groaned, and opened his eyes slightly. Dina smiled and looked over at him. "Well look who's awake." She said sheathing her swords. "Where...?" Kayden said looking over at her. "You're back home. Don't worry. I got you all bandaged up. You'll be better in no time." Dina said standing up. "Once you're strong enough to eat, we'll get you something. For now, just get some rest." She said walking out of the cave.

Squall leaned against the cave near the entrance, watching everyone. He leaned the blade against the rock, and looked over at Dina as she came out.

"No, it was fine." Akina said shaking her head lightly.

Wesley moved through the hall, opening a door that wasn't locked. She looked in seeing a table and some food on it that looked fresh. She walked over to it examing it closely. Wesley looked around. There must be someone living here if there was some fresh food here.

Shane started cutting the deer and started making a small fire for them to cook the deer over.

"Good," Dane said nodding his head a little. He looked at her for a moment before around.
