Shane... Where have I heard that name? Dylan asked himself. He knew her... He knew he did. But from where? How? So many questions, but no answers came to mind. Wait, what was he doing again? Oh, right! Riley. Where could he be? More questions. He looked over his shoulder. He was just on his way to talk to the Scragons on what progress he had made. Not that they'd care if he was late, but if they happened to see this girl here... He huffed.
"Can't talk here." He said, grabbing her wrist as he walked past and dragging her out of the trees so they were near the house again. He let go and leaned on the wall.
"Shane, was it? I'v heard that name..." he said.

Shane let herself be dragged out of the woods. she looked up at him and frowned. "your telling me you don't remember me! your best friend from when we were little." she said wondering if this was really happening.

Dylan thought. Nope, didn't ring a bell.
"I don't have time for this. Can I talk to you later?" He said, looking over Shane's shoulder for Riley.
"Have you seen Riley? That b*stard needs to be spoken too." He said, muttering the last sentence to himself.

Shane frowned. Tears started to well up I'n her eyes. After 6 years of being alone she sees a friendly face and he doesn't even remember her. She sighed. "he's In the front room of the house" she said pointing towards the house.

Dylan began to walk to the house. He turned around for a second.
"Sorry if I'm supposed to know you. It's been a rough couple of years since life was normal." He said, taking off to the house. He opened the door and saw Riley.
"Riley, we gotta go. Remember? Meeting?" He said, not wanting to mention Scragons in case anyone else was around.

Riley looked up from his book that he had sat and read for a while and was now half way through.
"right, sorry" he said getting up from his chair and placing the book onto the coffee table gently. He sighed and walked out the door.
