Shadow, wishing to stay away from any danger, scaled a nearby tree. He was to heavy to go very high, so he went as high as he could and then sat. Straddling the branch, he surveyed the landscape.

[The.Doctor.]

Alekto bowed her head. "I'm sorry about your loss. I'll continue Ruth's job."

"As my Best Friend." She said.

"Yes. I'ma go scout around and try to find the new tribute." And with that, Alekto left the tree,jogging to wherever her feet take her.

Shadow doesn't hear or see anyone or anything. He slides from the tree, landing on the ground lightly. Looking around, he begins to move slowly, weighing his options. He could go in any direction, but which was the safest?

Alekto hears movement up ahead. She ran as fast as she could to that sound.

"Ok." She watched Alekto leave and she fell back asleep next to Wesley.

Shadow hears the footfalls and immediately acts. He swings himself up into a nearby tree and grabs his bow. He knocks an arrow and waits. He isn't too high, in easy reach.

Alekto takes a knife out and sees a tribute up in a tree. She is ready to throw the knife if need be. Her eyes widened briefly when she saw that he had a bow with an arrow notched.

Cheyenne moans as the pain sets in. She could feel her arms and legs, so nothin was broken but it didn't mean they weren't sprained. "Anyone there?" She called softly.
