"Okay..." Lara muttered, shuffling over and sitting by him on the couch. It was strange that she was in this position, the only guy she had ever been around in life was her brother.

Dan looked at her curiously.

Lara looked between the two as they spoke, feeling like a little kid around adults that were talking about something she didn't know.

Ali was listing off the things of why Ash was so likable. He was kind, charming, caring, cute, an she didn't care if he was a vampire,

"No, I'm dead. I don't think it's possible to be 'okay' once you die," she replied, sure that her condition was already obvious.
