It was at that moment that Jessie walked through the door, covered in barbecue sauce and looking very vengeful. That guy might have won this round, but it wasn't over yet! She'd have the last word-or her name Jessie Virgina Andrews! Then she noticed two new kids; a pale guy and a blond girl.

"Hi," She told them, wiping sauce from her face. "I'm Jessie. And don't ask." She told them before they could question how she ended up in this state.

Taylor changed back, shocked. "Dang it! I hate when I automatically change into a wolf, it drives me insane!" She said angerily. The thing was Taylor would've been a werewolf but the transformation had backfired and instead she was a shifter.

"You okay? I seem to be asking that a lot." Phoenix said with a laugh. "Maybe you should put your stuff away. I will too."He grabbed his bag and walked upstairs, returning a few minutes later. "Oh, hi Jessie. I'm Phoenix. What are you?"

"Hey Phoenix, nice to meet- What do you mean 'What am I?'" Her eyes darkened a bit. Anyone who knew Jessie knew that was a very touchy subject for her. She never told anyone she was a werewolf. No one knew but her, she never even told her great aunt Gwyneth, because she didn't want people to treat her like an animal.

Cassie walked over to the steps which lead up to her room. She set her backpack down on the steps then returned to the small circle that had some how asmebled in the front lobby. "Whats up Jessie?" She asked as she stopped beside Phonix motioning toward th kicthen, "Is he gone?"

Taylor walked the girl without even glancing at her and returned a few minutes later. "Let me guess, the barbecue sauce guy" She said, looking at Jessie.

Phoenix raised an eyebrow in suspicion. " Well, we all have powers, right? What are you, Jessie?" He asked, slightly confused. "I don't mean to be rude or anything though. I'll tell you what I am."

"Of course," Replied Jessie to Taylor automatically, never breaking her warning gaze from Phoenix; Like she was trying to pierce holes into him.

"But it's not over yet."

"No one knows what I am, Phoenix-and I prefer to keep it that way."

Taylor understood, she didn't really like people knowing that she was a necromancer and she really didn't like people finding out that she was a bit werewolf.
