Trinity not being a shape shifter decided to do the second best thing. She called on an animal that wouldn't mind and took control of it.

Alexis suddenly burst forward and turned into a human, leaving Taylor soaking wet in the water.

Taylor screamed and threw herself at Alexis.

Together the two friends wrestled in the water until they were both soaking wet.

"Man i'm freezing!" Taylor said as she got out of the water, teeth chattering.

"Well suck it up, buttercup!" Alex said, using one of her signature lines.

"Oh be quiet, or i'm gonna throw you in the water again." Taylor said, eyes glinting.

"You wouldn't! or would you...?" Alex said, her voice from confident to nervousness.

"Try me." Taylor said simply.

Alex shook her head. "I don't think I want to..."

"Good" She said, walking up the shore.

Ryan laughed at the two girls, jumping into the water. He swam under for a while, and when he emerged, he was a human. "The water isn't that cold!" He says, floating on his back and hitting a wave.

"It is to me!" Taylor said.

"Maybe try moving to the left" Alexis said, smirking.

Taylor moved to the left and a huge ray of sunlight shone onto her. She turned and then saw that she had been standing under a tree. "Oh.." She said.

"There you go. Now you aren't in the shade." Ryan laughed, brushing hair out of his eyes and diving back into the water. He popped his head out of the water to smile at the girls and ask, "Are you guys going to get back in?"

Cassie stared at him for a moment before spinning in place. Only human for a moment, before landing lightly on her paws running. Her feet carried her out the door. She didn't know where she was going the only thing she knew was she was running, of course she knew Phoenix could easily catch her if he wanted. That thought set the kindle that made Cassie run ablase carrying her faster. As she entered the forest, top speed, her spotted pelt dappled with streaks of all to bright sunlight that made her fur a a golden flame.

Trinity was tired of swimming so she walked on the shore.

Phoenix sighed. After thinking for a few seconds, he ran after Cassie, trying to catch her. "Wait up, Cassie!" He stopped for a second, panting.

Cassie slowed to a halt, she looked over her shoulder at him. She made no movement to come to him, just stood there watching him panting.

Phoenix ran over to Cassie, hugging her tightly, like a little boy hugging his kitten. "Okay, I'll tell you. But it was so terrible. It was a war against vampires and humans, and it lasted many years. The vampires almost lost. We were tortued. If you thought vampires couldn't die, you were wrong. It's just very long and painful." He pulls of his shirt, showing many scars across his chest and back. "I barely escaped. My mentor, Ryan's father, wasn't so lucky. Sometimes, I think it would have been better to die then feel like this."
