Cold Creek Barn V.2 (Horse & Rider RP-ACCEPTING!)

Jake opened his mouth to speak, but she had already hung up, Jake sighed and shut his phone, sliding it back into his pocket. Jake pulled into the hospital and ushered his dad inside, to Emergency, where they took him instantly, Jake sat down in the waiting room.

Jake waited in there for about an hour before a doctor came out and told him that they would be keeping his dad for a couple of days, to make sure he was okay, Jake nodded and got up, walking back out to his truck. He jumped in and started it, pulling out and starting back for Cold Creek, thinking of Em. As he drove onto the road to the barn he wondered how his dad was feeling.

Em watched Neon with a pang of anger. Idiot, she told her self. She wondered what teh horse was thonkiung, and if Jake's dad was going to be okay/ Poor Jake. She was starting to realize how awful she can be. How dare she get angry when Jake's dad just had an asthma attack? Why did she have to do that tpo him!

Jake pulled into Cold Creek, shutting off his truck slowly, pulling out the key and opening the truck door, sticking his keys in his pocket, closing the door behind him. His gaze scanned the barn grounds, finding Em back in the arena, he made his way over to her, standing on the outside of the arena, his face looked tired now, as if that had taken a lot out of him. "Sorry I ran off like that." he said.

"Don't worry about it. It is your dad okay?" Em asked, feeling unbearably guilty for..whatever reason

Jake shrugged. "I don't know. Their keeping him there, just to make sure he's okay." he sighed, walking into the arena, looking at Neon, wondering how the mare was.

"Oh, I'm sorry" Em said, wondering what he was thinking. She sighed, shuffling her feet. her ankle still hurt, but she didn't care. Where was taht ambulance?

Jake narrowed his eyes, running his gaze over Em. "Your hurt." he said, seeing the way she leaned a little, he was thinking it must of been her leg, foot, or ankle. "Do you want me to drive you to the hospital?" he asked, his gaze moving back up to her face.

"We can't leave Neon" Em insisted. Oh, crap, jake could easily find a way to take care of her and Neon at teh same time..he always did stuff liek that, right? Em sighed and shifted off her hurt ankle

Jake sighed, this time he was stumped, he looked over at Neon, grabbing the mare's trailing reins, then he spotted Nate sitting in the barn with Jessie. He smirked and slowly led Neon over to them. "Hey, Nate, I was wondering, could you hold Neon until get back." Nate blinked and looked up, but he nodded, taking Neon's reins, Jake nodded his head once and walked back outside. "There, Nate is holding Neon 'till we get back, so go on, to the truck." he said, putting his hand on her back, leading her forward.

Em scowled coldlu at Nate as jake lead her to his truck, but let him. She sighed and looked at jake. "You didn't have to do that, dude. I'll be fine" she insisted, but her ankle hurt with each step. She kjnew she should take it easy, but didn't care.
