Bits smiled at her proudness, boldness, "A lot..." He added. He was probably taking it fast.

Cassidy smiled and nuzzled him softly "Same here"

"Jacob. Ticket dies, and Sonny..." She said sadly, she added, remembering that Jacob didn't know Sonny, "My old horse." She said finally. She grabbed him, and encircled him in a big, huge sad huge.

"Me too..." Sam whimpered. She grabbed his hand and slid to ground, still holding onto his hand, the way she had slid down in such a way she was leaning on his strong, sturdy leg.

Bits smiled and trotted filling happy. She wasn't a mate, yet. But he hoped they would become mates...that would be wonderful, really wonderful.

Cassidy whickered and shook her mane, looking at Bits lovingly

Nate smiled and sat down on other bale, Chip hung his head over his stall door, snorting.
