Andrea walked over to a table with two chairs and sat down, sipping a bit of tea.

Haley fell over when a guy ran into her, causing her coffee to spill on her white converse. She slipped the shoes off and tossed them in the trashcan, she could buy anouther pair. She took her fallen books from this guy, Kendal's, hands and smiled up at him, a beautiful, radiant, unique smile. "No problem at all. I'm Haley, nice to meet you Kendal."

"Lovely name!" Kendall complimented, smiling broadly down at her. He extended his arm out, offering some help, to help her to her feet once again. "Would you like some help?" He asked, though it was obvious. "And I am really sorry likes..." He added under his breath, biting his lip with anxiety, as his gaze wandered off nervously around the room.

Haley smiled and laughed softly, a beautiful, crisp laugh as she took his hand and pulled herself up. "Thanks, and like I said, no need to apologize, it was partly my fault too. I really am not the best multi-tasker I know, in fact, I'm probubly the worst." She said, grinning up at him largely, beautiful blue eyes sparkling.

"Yah and I am rather oblivious to my surroundings!" Kendall added in, with a soft chuckle followed afterward. "So, hmm...What age are you? I mean-If you don't mind my asking that is..." He murmured the last part, biting down on his tongue. "Oh and I am twenty-one by the way!" He stated simply, his lips tugging into a feint smile at the edges, and his emerald eyes twinkling with contentment. 'Well...She seems nice at least!' He noted internally, feeling his smile widen a little, becoming more broad.

Haley smiled and laughed that beautiful laugh of hers again. "I don't mind. Actually, I'm 21 too! My birthday's in December. I'm guessing you live around here? or are you just a tourist?" She asked curiously, sitting down at a small table and waiting for him to join her. Standing with socks on where hot coffee just spilt wasn't very pleasent.

Andrea looked down at her phone again, "Dang, gotta go in five minutes" She mumbled to herself as she took another sip of the cool tea. After a few seconds her phone rang, it was her mom.
"Hun? Can you come home now? Your father and I are going down to the community garden for a while, and I don't think Lynn would like to go,"
"Aww, come on ma, I met a hot guy today and I'm in the mood to get to know him!" Andrea said, whispering a little on the 'hot guy' part.
"Come on home darling, give him your number and tell him you have to go," her mother said in one of those, 'just-do-it' tones.
"But-" I was cut off by the beeping of her hanging up, I frowned and took another sip of my tea, then walked over to Tristan, "Sorry, I have to go early," She said, pulling a piece of paper out of her pocket with her number on it and handing it to him, "Here, call anytime!" She said smiling as she walked out the door and started for her parent's house.

"Cool! Mines is in September!" Kendall replied, with a soft smile. "Oh and yah...I live here...Well now anyway! I moved from Nottingham, so yeah...If you haven't already guessed from my accent, I'm English!" He rolled his eyes at himself, it was pretty much impossible not to pick that out, seeing as how strong his accent was. "Are you from around here? Or what?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at her, as he took a seat down at the table, sitting opposite Haley.

Haley smiled and nodded. "I um... Well, I don't really know where I'm from. You see, my parents gave me up the day I was born so i was given to lots of families through foster care. I went just about everywhere from france to california to austrailia and back again in my 9 years of life, then my new parents adopted me when I turned 9 and I've lived here ever since." Her voice was soft as she looked at her hands, she wasn't afraid to tell of her past, but it was a touchy subject with her.

Tristan pouted like a little kid when she said she had to go but nodded, smiling as he took the paper. "I will." he said softly, to himself, as he walked out to his bike.

"Hmm...Well I've never known my father, he was murdered before my birth. And it's so weird having to be brought up by females your entire life, and not turn out gay...But yah, then I moved away on my own, because my mother died and everything a couple of years ago..." Kendall shrugged, fiddling with the sleeve of his shirt.
