"Ya well, I am just about the only one that can turn sorrow into hatred, and get pissed off at the one person I actually like for no reason." Trace replied, clenching his fists, and frowning. "Yes, three of them. They probably looked like some large dog to mortals, but they were clearly evil dogs." Chris whispered sadly. "It was very frightening. They managed to break a window, and one squeezed in and tried to attack my mother. I managed to do something with my hand and a doorway opened out of nowhere and we ran through it and appeared near the tree. She had told me to go through, and then I made a doorway for her, not knowing where it went, and she had sent a letter to my cabin saying it had put her at the train station, and she had made her way back home, and the hounds were gone luckily." He explained soflty.

"Of course, I'm going to stay, Lucian. Why would you ever think I would leave you?" Quinn asked, looking up at him, not seeing his eyes, but watched him as if she did see them and could tell he was looking back.
((Yes, they are the twins, not Athena and Apollo. Why?))
Danny watched her, and smiled as he listened to her. He didn't find it amusing, he thought it was cute, and respectful, how much she loved her mother.
