Aidan pulled back, afraid she did the wrong thing. "Sorry" she apologized blushing. She had never seen anyone with wings and was very curious.

((Dresyn? Dresyn's with Rain. 0_o Oh gods, I missed something.))

Dresyn gently took her hand. "Rain..." He warmed up his hand in hers. "As I said on the beach, I love you." He reached up slightly and cupped her chin. He stared blindly at her face. "I will never lie."

Lex smiled, "Its okay. I'm still just getting use to them. Apparently if your a child of Nemesis, she gives you wings at your claiming. Its rather painful and now I just feel awkward with these big things always getting in the way."

Shade looked over at Aaron, "I don't care because I can always walk away. I don't have to be involved with any of these. I'm strong enough to kill any monster that threatens me and I don't have any friends. Why should I care?"

"So you can't like retract them, or something?' she asked confused.

Rain nodded into his hand, subconsciously relaxing her head and leaning onto his warm fingers. She was practically melting under his touch now, and the words he was saying were so easy to listen to. "Okay," she whispered, "I'm sorry I overreacted." She turned her face slightly and kissed Dresyn's hand very lightly. She squeezed his other hand in hers and took a deep calming breath. "Are you sure?" she muttered into his hand, her brow creasing once more.

Aaron frowned at Shade's words. "You think you could survive if a titan or giant or Gaia decided to go after you?" he dared. "You think that with all the furies and dracanae and empousa knocking at your door that you could escape with no sanctuary to go to?" he asked, not believing Shade at all. "No demigod is that powerful, not even the children of Zeus. Without help, powerful half-bloods can't survive outside of Camp Half-Blood," he stated firmly.

((In his mind, he's not really lying. Because he knows they are fighting over him. He's not completely sure. And he isn't use to those emotions.
No problem.))

Dresyn nodded. "I'm very sure." He kissed the top of her head. He didn't know what to do about Azura. She was a comfort when Rain was gone. But the thing was, everything he had was Rain's. Though he had thought she had died. He nuzzled into her hair. "I'm sorry, Rain." He closed his eyes. He held her close against him.

((That only sort of makes sense so you do what you do. But if Rain finds out then he best be prepared for a beating. Or at the very least some major drama lol. Just what this RP needs.))

Rain wrapped her arms around Dresyn's torso and pressed her face against his chest. Her voice came out muffled as she said, "I love you too, you know." She gave out one little laugh at how unusual it was to say that. Then her one laugh turned into a lot of laughter. She lifted her head up to look at Dresyn. "You know," she said, "we've been here once before. And there was a campfire going on that time as well." She giggled. Then a gasp escaped her lips. "Do you think maybe we should be there?" she asked, not really wanting to leave this moment. But still, what if something important happened?

Dresyn held her close and nodded. "Probably." He didn't want to leave this moment with her. But something might be up at the camp fire. "Let's go." Dresyn got up, not letting her go as he placed her on his feet. He started walking, holding her close.

((oopsie sorry bubbles no i didnt catch that and the answer to which boy was lex))((im sorry, like i said i think i am an official ditz today. um lets try)) Mystic hadnt heard or seen the other boy introduce himself because she was mesmorised by the wings but when she sat down on the slightly chill earth she registered that someone had spoke to her. she looked up and saw them standing there with their hand out in greeting. Oh, Im so sorry my mind is kinda in a fog what did you say about unclaimed and chiron? she stood back up to talk to and follow the person (sorry i cant remember if brody is a girl or a boy)

((Lol! Brody is a guy. He's Rain's older brother which has been mentioned many times I think. And if you ever forget you can always look on the fifth post where Anomaly keeps all character forms as a reference.))

Rain's breath whooshed out of her as her entire body was lifted right off the ground. She let out a sigh of relief when her feet touched the ground. She stumbled and almost tripped over herself as she tried to stay with Dresyn. Her fingers clutched the fabric of his shirt to steady herself. "I'm fine," she muttered to herself and kept walking, her arms all but wrapped around Dresyn in an effort to maintain balance.

Brody tried not to let disappointment cloud his face. It seemed like Chiron wasn't the only one who wasn't paying attention to him today. "Well, I'm Brody, son of Terpsikhore, and I want to know who you are," he said slowly and loudly in an effort to save his own dignity. He chuckled, "Anyway, I asked if you were unclaimed and that if you were you should sit by me so that Chiron can talk to you." He finished by sticking his hand out once again and teased, "You do know how to shake hands, right?"
