Jacki actually smiled slightly, leaning against Dawn more as she fell asleep. "Thank...you..." She murmered, falling competely asleep.

Severard only nodded, watching his daughter playing. He took a shaking breath; she was four years old today.

Logan wipped the tears from his face quickly, cradling Adela to him and rocking numbly.

"Take that other chair, Dawn." Mark said, still thinking and giving himself a headache.

[Anomaly]

Dawn nodded with a small smile, as unsure as it was. He picked her up and sat in the chair. "Mark, you're going to make your brain explode with all that thinking."

Aiseling whispered, "Give me your weapons." She held out her hands for them.

[Anomaly]

((I suddenly had this image of Severard handing over his weapons and being like the guy in the cartoon Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. When he just keeps pulling a weapon out for the whole time that they are there and then having to pack, not even going into the party. :3 ))

Severard looked at Aiseling, but gave the weapons over anyway. One thing he'd learned, never argue with her. He wasn't taking off the mask though and she would have to deal with that.

"Yea, well, Severard's idea isn't half bad. But I keep thinking we're missing something." Mark said, looking with a crooked smirk that held no humor at Dawn. "I just can't figure out what."

Mari watched as Severard went up to his daughter, she couldn't help but think that she should of gotten some cookies for the little girl.

Benji held Cyler's and rocked her gently and kissed her head.

((I know. It was just a thought that made me laugh really hard. I was sitting here coughing and laughing. It was funny to watch. And the thing was, I watching that part of the movie when I typed that. xD))

Aiseling took them and hid them in her satchel. She gestured for him to go ahead. To spend his full day with Vitari. She gave a smile and knew that the other kids would play with him too. She didn't care that he won't take his mask off. At least the kids wouldn't think he was a dark sider. She watched him.

Dawn looked at Mark. "It won't matter of the exchange. Duske would continue. You know that just as well as I do."

Cyler turned in her sleep, feeling better with dreamless sleep.

Severard raised an eyebrow behind his mask but before he could say anything, his daughter noticed him. "Papa!" He turned in time to catch her as she lept at him, giggling that beautiful little laugh of her's. "Back so soon!"
"I told you I'd try, didn't I?" Severard said, his own chuckle joining her's. It was completely different than the cold, dead chuckle he'd give those he tortured. This one was full of life, something only his daughter could bring out of him. He looked at his daughter, "Happy birthday, Vitari." Vitari's eyes lit up and she wrapped her tiny arms around his neck.

"I know. But do you see any other options, other than keeping them under constant sedation?" Mark said, almost sarcastically. Almost but not quite.

Jacki sighed in her sleep, content and painless.

Aiseling watched them with a smile, as the other kids shyly hid. She gave a gesture to say It's alright. She watched the kids come out cautiously.

Dawn whispered, "We take out the chips. It's about that size." He gave an estimate of how small it was with his fingers. He shrugged. "That's my best suggestion."

Benji looked at Dawn and shook his head, "And how can we do that, we don't know where the chips are and how deep they are in the girls brain." Benji said as held Cyler close to him.

Mari looked at Mark and smiled slightly, "You could use a metal detector." Mari offered her idea to the others.

Dawn whispered, "It's a fairly simple procedure. You know that. And I know the exact place where it was." Dawn looked at Mari. "Even we don't have that technology."
