Moongazers (Post-Apocalpytic rp) Open/Accepting

Tyla didn't say anything at first, then her gaze hardened. She stayed behind Dawn, but met the man's gaze with a death glare of her own. "No, I'm certain that I'll be staying in Terra. I'm right tired of Moongazing and will be taking a leave from it. Permanently." Did she really know what Moongazing was? No, but she could get the gist of it from a few simple words. The world she'd known, which hadn't been all together great to her anyway, wasn't anything but a different reality; and one she never wanted to go back to. This was her chance to have a different life and she wasn't about to screw it up.

[Anomaly]

Dawn kept her behind him. "We'll just be on our way." Dawn was stepping to the side, keeping her behind him.

Duske chuckled. "I don't think so." Several ET's came on either side of Duske.

Tyla looked from the man to the others around him. Great, out of one frying pan into the fire...and you know something? A half-grin broke across Tyla's face, I like these odds. She pulled two throwing daggers from the hem of her dress, hidden behind Dawn. She put her hand in the small of his back, telling him to stop moving. She'd run, don't doubt that, but she was a fighter when cornered.

[Anomaly]

Dawn tapped her elbows to tell her to go straight behind her. There was an open man hole to go down. He gave the signal, "Now!" He kicked the ET's and pushed her running toward the open man hole.

"Yes I am okay." Benji said as he smiled at Cyler.

Adela looked at Logan with wide eyed. "I knew you before? How?" Adela asked feeling confused again.

Cyler whispered, "Is it possible for someone like you to get tired?" She tried not to think of him as a kind of robot. She avoid 'Thing' in her conversation. She looked at him worriedly. She didn't know if he even knew her from before.

Tyla didn't need a second to think. She rarely did. She threw one of her daggers, aiming for the first man that had started all this, then she took off. The man hole reminded her of a game, or rather a wild chase trying to avoid the cops. Parkore. Fun as h*ll long as you came out on top. Tyla was an expert at parkore. Glancing back only once to be sure Dawn was behind her, she dropped feet first into the manhole. She grabbed the ladder twice on the way down to slow down but landed on her feet on the concrete below, moving swiftly out of the way for Dawn.

"Before you became a Moongazer you lived in Terra. Once you became a moongazer...there was nothing I could do. I had to hope you'd wake up, and you have." The elevator opened and he led her down to a room, slipping the key in and opening the door. "Showers through that door, I bought this room earilier this week, so there's shampoo and conditioner and soap all fresh bought. I'll still be here when you get out, so you can ask more questions then. Here's your clothes," he offered her the bag with a smile.

Dawn watched Duske deflect it and ran to the man hole. He dropped down it and cracked the cement where he landed. He grabbed Tyla's hand and ran down the tunnel. They needed to get moving.

Tyla ran with him, her worn shoes hitting the concrete quietly. She'd ran before from plenty of people. She knew how to run, she knew how to stay quiet. That simple. She heard a whistle, but didn't pay it any mind; she didn't have time to spare.

A whistled echoed from a tunnel, causing Mark to stand and look toward it. It was disused, that tunnel; only one person would even think of using it. Mark sprinted to the tunnel mouth, eyes seeing the Ecliper farther down that had sent up the signal. There was three in that tunnel all together, the first guy at the manhole was likely the one that sounded the signal first. Mark waited; his Eclipsers would fall in behind whoever was coming down the tunnel.

Dawn kept running, picking up Tyla and running faster. They needed to move faster as he hit the open mouth of the tunnel. He was panting before they hit the gate. He knew Duske wouldn't try to navigate the sewers. It was too dangerous.
