Sighing, Skye bit his lip and thight of a few things before decided on one thing, pick her up and take her away. So, taking a quick breath in hoping she wouldn't fight, he picked her up and started to walk away from the building. "Neera, I know that place isn't safe.." he murmured to her quietly.

"Nuh-uh! Liar! You've never been inside!", she whined as she kicked around. "I just wanna look inside a little!"

"Neera, listen to me!" he yelled flatly, biting his tongue immediately after. "I have and it does bad things, you don't like to get hurt, do you?" Skye sighed, eyes flickering with the usual white glint.

Neera froze when Skye snapped at her. She turned her head away. "O-okay...", she sobbed shakily.

Inhaling quietly, Skye looked away from her and started to carry her back to the mansion. "I'm sorry for yelling, Neera." he muttered when they were getting closer.

"I have something to tell you when we get back." he added with a content sigh. Skye didn't mind the cold much but wondered how Neera was doing, shrugging off the thought, he closed his eyes for a few quiet moments.

"Mhm.." he breathed, walking up the steps of the mansion and setting her down. "Here, go rest for a bit and I'll tell you, 'kay?" Skye smiled and opened the door, a wall of heat falling on them.

Neera nodded and slowly walked in. As soon as she was in, she sat down against the wall near the door. "Ian? I can't feel my arms..."
