"Well, if you don't know what you're doing, how do you know when you're done?" Jillian giggled and took a small step toward the boy, looking to him with a lopsided grin. She seen inordinately fascinated with him; in fact, she kind of was. A small giggle escaped her lips, and she looked away, still smiling. "Y'know...at first, you kind of scared me. I'm glad I looked past it. You're...you're actually really sweet..."

Fin smiled. "That's what I've been wondering." He said with a chuckle. When she stepped closer to him, he felt a blush slowly start to heat up his cheeks. After a few moments of hesitation, he looked down at her. "You're not half bad yourself." He said softly, kissing her on the lips quickly.

"I know this pretty rave girl.
Always think about her.
And when she says "hi" to me.
Butterflies go right through me.
And when I see her dancin',
Wanna take a chance in
Getting a little closer"

He sung quietly, offering her a small smile.

Jillian blushed softly at the boy's words, and was about to reply, when his own lips pressed against hers. As quickly as she'd felt them, however, they were gone, leaving her a bit stunned. She blinked a few times, and looked up to Finnick, her blush reddening in colour. Then, the boy pulled out another attack; he began to sing. As stupid as it seemed, Jillian seemed to melt, listening to the boy's voice. When he finished, she said nothing, only stepped forward and pressed her lips to the boy's. "Y'know, if you keep acting like that, I'm going to take the hint that you like me."

Fin blushed when she pressed her lips to his. When she spoke, a small smile spread across his face. "You'd be pretty spot-on." He said, the smile turning into a grin.

Jillian giggled and flopped back, sending out a splash as she floated on her back. "Well, maybe you should be keeping an eye out. If Rito's still stalking in the trees, he might try to land a sucker-punch on you." The girl was serious, but she still laughed, looking down to her toes and legs. She wanted to take her pants off - wet skinnies weren't comfortable - but she figured she'd made Fin feel awkward enough. Rolling onto her stomach, Jillian dunked her head under the water, then looked to Fin with a small smile. "Well...should we start heading back...?"

Fin shrugged. "I 'unno. I think it would be ok to camp out here tonight if you want. It's a long walk back." He said, looking around at the shore of the river. After a few moments of silence, he dove into the water and sat cross-legged on the bottom of the river, feeling a bit bored.

"Okay!" Jillian chirped, dunking her head to smooth her hair back. Making her way toward the shore, she got out of the pool, shaking her head out like a dog and sending droplets of water flying. Instead of putting her socks and shoes on, however, she grabbed her sword, and trotted off into the forest. Returning moments later with her arms full of vines, Jillian began to make something that looked like a hammock, then smiled to Fin. "Do you want one too? Or are you going to sleep in the trees...?"

Fin pointed up at the tree tops. "I'd rather sleep up there. I'd end up falling out of that thing." He said with a small chuckle. He waded up onto the shore and shook his hair out like she had then placed his fedora back on his head. He picked up his now dry shirt and slipped it on before climbing up a tree and finding a nook to rest in.

Jillian watched Fin with a small smile, then looked down at her own soaked shirt. After a moment's thought, an idea sprung into her head, and she pulled her waistcoat from her backpack. Turning her back to Finnick, and looking back to make sure he wasn't watching, she peeled off her wet shirt and quickly put her waistcoat back on. It was actually fairly comfortable; she had thought it would be scratchy and uncomfortable. But it was almost like wearing a short-sleeved shirt. Hanging her shirt over a branch to dry, Jillian continued to work on her hammock, glancing up to Finnick with a smile. "Any branches lookin' comfy yet?"

Fin looked down at her and saw that she had switched shirts. He raised an eyebrow, but said nothing about it. "This one's pretty good." He said with a smile.
