Vick shrugged,
"Not totally your fault," he said. He sat back in his chair and wondered when the food would be ready.

Viera raised an eyebrow at Jet's tattoo and scar but didn't say anything. She flipped her red hair out of her face and fiddled with the sleeve on her hoodie.

she shrugs still and glances up at him and bites her lip she thought he was cute and he made her less afraid of guys...she peeks up at him through her hair

Vick gave her a slight smile and took a deep breath,
"So, what do you think is for dinner tonight?" he asked, trying to make lighter this conversation. He didn't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable here. He blew a few strands of blonde hair out of his face.

she shrugs and picks her head up and brushes her hair back so she looks just like she did in that picture she smiled slightly "it smells like Chicken..." she says

"Chicken's good." Vick siad, nodding his head absent mindedly.
"I hope Beth gets it out here soon. I'm starving." he chuckled.

Zakari had finished vaccuming up the glass, he had put the vaccume away and pulled up a chair on the other side of Silver, where Rue wasn't sitting.
Beth brought out a few more glasses, to replace the some that were missing. She set one infront of Rue, Vick, and Veira. "I'm sorry for th' hold up." She said, cutting the chicken, before sliding it out to the middle of the table. She then set a neat bowl of mashed potatoes beside it, as will as corn, without the cob. She then turned to grab a mop, and cleaned up the trail of blood.
"You guys are gonna love Beth's cooking, there's nothing like it." Zakari said with a smile as he eagerly stuck a slim peice of chicken with his fork and plopped it on his plate.

"Looks delicious," Viera said. She smiled and put a piece of chicken and some potatoes on her plate.
"You got any barbecue sauce?" she asked, eating a bit of the potatoes.
"Mm, these are pretty good." she said.

Zakari stood. "Yeah," He responded, walking into the kitchen and returning a moment later with two bottles of BBQ sauce in his hands, he set them on either side of the food, then scooped up some mashed potatoes, and sprinkled a spoonful of corn on it.

Viera picked up a bottle,
"Thanks."
She squirted some onto her plate and cut her chicken into bite sized pieces. She dipped a piece in the sauce and ate it. She looked at Zakari,
"I never did catch your name," she said.

(btw: you pronounce his name zuh-car-E, I just realized that it looked like zachary...)

"Zakari." He responded with a slight nod and smile. He then scooped up the mashed potatoes with his fork and lifted them to his mouth, eating neatly. He was never one to dismiss manners.
Beth had followed the trail and entered the bathroom, once she saw the broken mirror, she jumped. "Goodness." She breathed.
