When Corydon heard Lilith's voice, he cringed, then growled. He didn't want to see her, and why should he? She yelled at him for no reason. "What do you want, Lilith?" Cory said coldly, icy eyes looking the girl's head over. Obviously, he was in no mood for games.

Lilith's eyes narrowed slightly at his tone. "Well, excuse me for caring!" She shouted, crossing her arms and turning around.

Corydon rolled his eyes when she spoke and quickly stood, turning to face her. His expression was hard-set and angry, and he seemed to stare into her. "Let me rephrase that, princess. Why do you care!?" He crossed his arms over his bare chest, letting out an angry huff.

Lilith turned to face him, glaring. She forced the sadness from her red eyes and only showed anger. She looked up, took a deep breath, and closed her eyes - calming herself. "Well, Unlike someone.. I'm not a self centered little brat." She growled.

Corydon once more rolled his eyes. 'I knew it; I shouldn't have even tried to befriend a succubi.' But, his words made him angry; he wasn't truly self-centered. Not at all. "Self-centered, huh?" Cory said, a harsh poison seeping into his voice as he stared Lilith down. "Who's the one who told you the dangers of the school? The dangers of the other students? ...yeah; real self-centered, I am." The satyr turned away from her and walked toward the edge of the school, peering down at the concrete. Half of him wanted to jump; the other half wanted Lilith to push him.

Lilith's eyes unnarrowed slightly. "Dangers? You forgot to mention yourself." She lost it, her sadness filled her eyes and she bit down on the inside of her lip. "You were talking about no one accepting you?" She said, staring at him. "You have tons of friends! Succubi never know who their real friends are. People see us as objects! Just be glad you have a group to call friends." She said, crossing her arms. She knew it was completely off topic, but if she hadn't said it to someone, she felt like she would explode. The fact that he could complain about Seth and the others, when he actually had them, just ticked her off.

Corydon snarled when Lilith spoke, not seeing the pain in her face, as he was turned around. Instead, when he turned, his fists were clenched, and his voice was loud and dominant. "Friends aren't friends if you can't trust them! Do you now how many times I've told them something, something personal, and they've spread it around!? Or how many times I plan a movie night, just to hang out, and they blow me off to go party?!" He was practically blind with rage, and when he could see Lilith's expression, he felt his stomach sink. She looked terribly sad, and Cory immediately regretted yelling at her. "Sh-t, Lilith..." He said softly, rubbing the back of his neck.

Lilith's eyes widened slightly as he yelled at her, the sadness in her eyes mixed with fear increasing. She stared at him for a minute, and when he spoke again, she took a step back - suddenly not wanting to argue her point. She felt frozen to the spot and simply stared at him, eyes wide with sadness and fear.

Corydon immediately regretted snapping, and the thought of Lilith running off and crying somewhere made him actually sad enough to cry. "I...I'm so, so sorry..." Cory shook his head and sat down, putting his head to his knees in an effort to hide his face. For once, he felt scared; that Lilith would leave, that she would hate him, that she would insult him and slap him silly. Corydon felt tears line the inner rim of his eyes, and he looked up to Lilith, sniffling slightly. "I can see now why you hate me."
