Delphis caught up to Price, walking beside him, but her mind was far off. She was still curious why this boy was just wandering alone...she spit out the penny and sighed at his response. So he really was just wandering. "Anywhere?" she echoed, getting tired of his vagueness. But she knew that may be his only answer--"Anywhere."Looking away again, she could once again feel his eyes on her. She turned back to look at him, her face blank. "What?" she said, but didn't wait for an answer, just shook her head and looked away, running her tongue over the tips of her sharp teeth absently. Though as he introduced himself finally, her heart lightened a bit. "Well then; nice to meet you."
As Price slowed to look at her, she met his gaze with her oddly brilliant green eyes. "Dressed for the weather? I never am. I don't get cold easily, nor do I get hot easily." she explained to him simply. "I came from just down the street. It's pretty suburban here, if that's what you're wondering. There's a few buildings coming up. I think a gas station, a hospital, a restaurant and something else I don't remember..." she said in response to his question, adjusting her semi-heavy silver chain that was somewhat out of place.
