In my past, bittersweet;
There's no love between the sheet
Taste the blood, broken dreams
Emery hung limp in the woman's arms as he was carried off to- well, he had no idea where they were headed, but he was in no state to care anyways. His head spun as he rested just beneath consciousness, hearing only slurred voices and the uneven crunches of something underfoot. His breathing was steady at least, no pain remained to hold him back from that, though had he not become so numb he knew he'd be holding his breath forever. Emery was hardly aware that the little light that was leaking through the tree tops had disappeared to be replaced by the flicker of gas lamps, and when his eyes blinked open he was sure he was dreaming. He didn't remember a cave of any sort, but it looked to be where he was judging by the rocky roof above his head. Emery's brown eyes glanced down to examine himself, craning his neck to see his shirt had been torn open. Strange. He couldn't remember any reason for that either. Without much control he put a hand against his chest, suddenly jolted awake by the soreness that was there. The shock had him sitting up, eyes jumping from place to place, taking in the bloodied rags and his own bruised body. This dream he'd woken into had just become a nightmare.
Emery felt like he was going to be sick and brought his arms around his sides in an attempt to hold it in. While he moved he realized there were two others there with him, wherever there was, and neither seemed in any situation like his own. So, immediately they became the ones to blame.
Lonely times indeed

(( @Iilyda That's fine by me.
@Trex I do believe Tesshin has free character(s)? Ember could find one of them?
And I do believe I'm waiting for Ylva Rane~ ))
