Alex shrugged absently, not having any idea himself. But he was relieved to hear from someone he wasn't crazy. He followed her inside and also saw the dirty child. It was sad, though--he guessed that Teddy was an orphan who by the looks of it lived on the streets. As Peter proved him wrong and told him to get into a better mood, he suppressed his anger and merely grumbled something. But he was in a better mood. He had a tendency to switch his outlooks. As Eli came back out, his gaze shifted to her, and the foreign things she was talking about. "Psychic." the word rolled off his tongue weird. "Well, why? I don't even want to be, and they get really annoying sometimes...you better not be pulling my leg." despite his foul words, his tone was happier.
Acony frowned as he was obviously not comfortable with the situation. "Well then. Who's telling you to do that?" she asked him. As far as she knew, he could do whatever he wanted, but this seemed more of a thing that was in his head. She looked back at him, speaking once again, "Tch, stop pitying yourself and do something." she had nerve, and she had been dead for ten years--little to nothing daunted her.
