She said, looking him over. "I'm sorry." She added, smiling politely.

Viera chuckled and hoped that Coma had caught that bit of footage. She noticed the little cam buzzing around somewhere behind Frizz. She flicked her ring finger and pulled up the footage Coma was shooting right now on her eyescreen. Her skintenna told her everything they were saying. She wouldn't aproach him just yet. This could be interesting. She moved in a bit closer without being obvious.

Kai looked at the sky. He watched all the mutated people running around and walked back inside. "Deoxys." he said. "Why must the world be like this?" he asked the creature. Deoxys let out an eeriie sound that made a lamp flicker. "I know that I will probably have to be changed sooner or lator, but i'm not ready for it, and you know it." he muttered. The creature hovered over and made Kai levitate. "Thanks Buddy." he said. "You seem to be the only one who gets me. He smield a small grin as Deoxys put him down. "If only we could find someone who accepts it." he said.

He smiled, "Yes, I'm Frizz Muzino. Creator of Radical Honesty." He said proudly. "Although, you shouldn't be apologizing, I was messing with my eyescreen, I should have been paying attention to where I was going." He said bowing a bit. "I would like to know your name." He said his manga eyes content.

Mei paused as he asked her name. She knew if he knew her name, he'd be able to see her Face rank. She didn't really care about the rank, but she didn't like people to judge her. She shrugged, giving in. "Mei Mizuki." She said, holding out her hand to the boy. She watched him carefully, her surged-blue eyes scanning his facial features.

He smiled contently, he saw her face-rank, but it didn't bother him. "I love your name, it's quite original." He said. shaking her hand. He looked into her eyes. "Did you surge your eyes? They looked fantastic." He complimented, speaking only the truth, as that was all he could do.

Viera boarded in closer and landed by a building. She continued to watch Coma's footage. The cam was occasionally circling Frizz and Mei as it had been taught to get as many angles as possible.
Viera checked Mei's face rank and snorted.
What a looser. What on earth is she doing over here? And why is Frizz talking to her? This could be an interesting angle for my story. she thought. She crossed the street and wandered a ways away so it wouldn't look like she was spying on the two people.

Mei noted he said nothing about her ranking, and smiled at him. "Thank you, to both." She said kindly. She wondered how someone could live with only telling the truth. "My mother didn't much like the idea of me Surging them." She said with a shrug.
