~*~ Astrik ~*~
Astrik stood huddled in the corner, where the doors had opened. She carefully felt the walls with a lingering touch, looking desperatly for the opening, or a crack, crevise, anything.
She stood silent at one point as agony rushed through her mind. What about Mum? she though as a silent tear slid down her cheek thinking of the plump lady that adopted her. She leaned agenst the wall as she thought of her on her bed with the flu rushing. I shouldn't of left, she growled to herself silently.
Then she heard a distinct sounding pound from behind her, she spun around and watched as Grace punched the wall, she watched as the blood streamed down her arm, starting from her knuckles.
A small shot a fury fired through her as she remembered someone from school doing the same thing.
Then Astrik spoke up, containing the small rage that she had agenst that inside of her, "punching the wall isn't going to do any good."
Her eyes narrowed, looking at the girl with a distressed and enraged look.
