Entrapped In Delusions
Life is bland and boring in the mind-numbingly dreary town of Westfront Illinois, even the citizens are tediously uninteresting.
The town itself is poor and the buildings are run down, one could find a foreclosed building at every block.
There is absolutely nothing exciting about Westfront; there are no zoo's, no carnivals that ever roll by, not even museums exist in this lifeless town.
There is absolutely nothing of interest happening in the small town on Westfront.
Until, the day you receive an odd looking envelope in the mail. You turn it over and over again in your hands, and for a brief moment you stare at the dark red wax seal on the back of the envelope. The seal was magnificent, and the crest imprinted in it was so delicate that the red wax seemed to have been designed by hand. You pry the envelope open slowly, being careful not to break the red seal stamped upon the back. You open the envelope and pull out a single sheet of folded paper. As you unfold the slip of paper, you notice a bus ticket laying in the bottom of the envelope. You turn your attention back to the paper, running your eyes over the beautiful cursive writing scrolled across the paper. You begin to read, your expression turning curious and even a bit confused.

“Greetings, dear sir or ma’am
You have been respectfully invited to visit Illusions. Incorporated; where, you will be given the opportunity of a lifetime.
We have been watching you to confirm our suspicions that you would be appropriate for our industries.
And we are very pleased to inform you that you have indeed passed our tests.
But, be warned. There will be many physical tests and much pain you will have to undergo.
However, the results of your pain will be ones for good. You will be redefined and become more powerful than you could of ever had imagined.
Now, all that remains is for you to make a single decision.
Should you chose to refuse our offer, all you have to do is simply throw away this letter and the bus ticket contained within the envelope.
But, if you do accept our invitation, I would advise you to look at the bus ticket if you haven't done that already.
I entrust you to do the proper thing... Now I must bid you farewell.
Yours truly, the manager of Illusions. Inc."

You frown, but you take the words to heart. You nod silently to yourself, fishing out the bus ticket from the bottom of the envelope. You look at the bus ticket and your face twists with confusion. Because, the ticket had only a pair of coordinates written across it and a time written in the upper left corner of the small slip of paper, and it seemed that it had been done by hand. You look at the time upon the bus ticket and your eyes widen, seeing that the bus was scheduled to come in only four minutes. Not having any time to pack for the trip, you burst off running down the sidewalk. You run to the nearest bus stop, skidding to a halt when you reach the bench sitting positioned beside the bus stop. You stand quietly by the bench, but you soon notice a dark gray bus turn round a corner and head towards you. The bus rolls up beside you, slowing to a halt. The doors whooshed open and you clutch your bus ticket tightly, climbing aboard the bus. You step inside the bus and the doors slide shut behind you, slamming shut tightly. The bus driver, a heavy, grizzly looking man, grunts at you, telling you to take a seat. You look around, seeing that the bus was crowded with others. You take a seat and then glance out the windows. But, the windows were blacked out and you couldn't see anything outside of the window. Suddenly a rush of cold air comes out from the vents of the bus, but riding upon the wave of chilled air was a terrible scent. You frown, but you begin to feel drowsy and you head begins to spin in a daze. Finally, you give in to the tired feeling and you faint, your body going completely numb.
You feel a sharp pain throb at the back of your head, causing you to awake from your deep slumber. You force your eyelids open, but you are momentarily blinded due to the incredibly bright light in what you assumed to be a room. You rub your eyes and then sit open, noticing a hard mattress underneath you. Once your vision cleared, you looked around, seeing that the room you were in was completely white. You look down at yourself, noticing that you were now wearing and itchy white outfit. A loud sound pierced the still air in the quiet room you are in, the sound of a microphone coming to life echoed in your ears several times before it finally faded. You look around the white room, catching a glance of a small speaking in coming out of the ceiling. A voice could be heard over the speaker, deep and booming. "Greetings," the voice said, it wad clear that the speaker was a man. "I do apologize for the inconvenience... But, it was the only way that all of you could be properly escorted to this facility." the man said; the voice sounded polite and quiet charming, but something told you that he was withholding something. "Now, as you can see, you have been put in what we call a White Cell... There are no windows in the White Cell, but there is a door..." at that, you look around for the door, but there was none that your eyes could scope out. "We would like to congratulate you." the voice said cheerfully, drawing your attention once again. "You have survived the experiment... You have been given what we call a Devision... Your body has been changed and can now do marvelous things. Marvelous things, indeed." the voice continued. "But... It pains me to inform you that you will never be allowed out of this facility... You are now to dangerous to allow back into civilization..." the voice said, it's tone making it sound sorrowful for a brief moment. "Do not even try to escape... We have guards stationed at every possible exit... So... Enjoy your stay at Illusions!" the voice said, its moment of sorrow had ended and it had been replaced with a cheery note. The speaker turned off and the room went silent. Suddenly, the far walls of the room whooshed open and revealed an empty, gray hallway. You rose up from the bed and raced out into the hallway, fear washing over you. You noticed as more doors opened, revealing even more of the White Cells and even more people inside them.

Warper(s):
Given the ability to momentarily expand the cells that make them solid and completely vanish into thin air, these redefined beings are able to pass through solid structures and appear again on the opposite side of the obstacle. But, doing this drains their energy, and if repeated multiple times in a matter of minutes could cause one to become unconscious.
Cloner(s):
These beings are able to take one attribute of themselves and completely separate it from their bodies, but the defused quirk or fault takes the shape and looks of their owner. Cloners are able to take multiple things about themselves and turn it into a perfect copy of themselves, but the copy is made up of only one aspect of their owner. But, the clones produced can only last for a couple of minutes, and then fades and the quirk it was built off of returns to its original owner.
Shifter(s):
They have the ability to transform themselves to resemble an animal, while having the full vocal abilities of a human. They can transform into any animal they please, but only for so long. If Shifters don't transform back to their original form after about an hour or so, they could become stuck in their animal form. Permanently.
Figment(s):
They can manipulate objects around them and can levitate off of the ground, but they are the ones who's energy depletes the fastest. Figments eyes change color when they summon their powers, which is a dead give away that they are not ordinary beings. They are truly mighty beings, but have many weaknesses.
Elementalist(s):
Given the abilities to control one chosen element of nature, they can even turn their bodies into their chosen element. They can't create essences of their element, but must carry a bit of it or at least have something that could easily bring their element into life, such as a ball of stone for earth of a box of matches for fire.
Generator(s):
These beings can transform any part of their body into a mechanical devise, but the metal they have created can fall off their bodies easily, at which time the metal just simply turns to dust. They are much like cyborg's, but they body parts return to their original form once the metal falls off.
