Avalon growled and was about to say something back, but decided not to stoop to the other girl's level. And yes, in some ways she was better than them. Or at least different for that matter. She cringed again and managed to say to Issac, "Er, yeah... They-" She was cut off when her arm began twitching and moving in all kinds of directions; it even bended where arms aren't supposed to bend. She clenched down so fast she accidentally got her cheek and caused it to bleed some. She began dropping. She had no idea how but she finally tried to concentrate hard like earlier, and the whole thing happened again. The air around her began to move slowly, as did she. She could even see the air currents she was making as she fell. She looked down at her arm and slowly it began moving back into place. She thought even more and began to disintegrate the metal inside, and rearranged the bone, shaping it, making it thicker so it could give a normal shape to her arm. Finally the metal was gone, and the bones in her left arm were now the same as in her right arm. She was really wiped out and couldn't sustain herself anymore. She went unconscious and fell, diving right into a lake...

(sorry if you didn't want me to interfere but I had to jump back in somehow.)

Ryu jumped when he heard a splash. His dark eyes flickered open and he jumped to his feet. He saw a female avian body on the surface of the lake and she wasn't moving. Ryu opened his black and white tipped wings and hovered above the waters surface to grab the girl by the arms and lift her out of the water flawlessly. Her weight meant nothing to hum as he brought her back to solid ground and allowed her to sit up against a tree. "You alive?" He asked but his voice was cold as ice but managed to make it sound like a question. His wings folded back behind his back with dark shaded eyes. He slipped off his jacket since the sleeves were soaking wet from dragging her out.

(Yes, both are accepted. Keep it semi lit please)

She was barely conscious but managed to say, "Not, exactly..." She opened her eyes, and saw a guy in front of her. She jumped to the side, wary of who he was. The razors on her wings flared up, and she was ready to take off or fight at any given notice. She looked at her left arm, and saw that it looked and felt pretty normal. She brought her attention back onto the dark guy in front of her. He looked so much like some of the mutants that she was commanded to take down, but none of them ever had wings. She looked at him, unsure of what to say, or what exactly to think.

Ryu caught the sense that the girl had fear of him and then at the same time wanted to fight. He rolled his eyes a bit at her answer and hated it when others over exaggerate. "Too bad, you lived," Ryu sighed and ran his slightly pale hand through his black hair. He was taking a nap until the girl fell into the lake but his rescue didn't put him in a good mood. His eyes shifted upward from where he guessed the girl fell from. He could of just allowed her to die, this girl probably had no use to him. Ryu didn't want to find out either. All he wanted was to be left alone since the break out if the school. "What the hell made you fall from up there?" He questioned and his gaze fell back down towards the female avian as he stood over her but kept his distance. If she made a move to attack him then he was ready. Too much experience with the Erasers had him on edge.

Rin flew onward. "This is stupid..." she muttered to herself. She sighed. Only one thing actually mattered to her and she was leaving it behind. She hissed in frustration, managing a diving cut through the air, and onto a large tree, landing with a soft thud on the crusty bark. The furious avian grabbed a half-foot long peice of wood, breaking it off the tree, and ignoring the sticky sap, and drove it into her forearm, easily peircing theough the skin, and enjoying the adrenaline rush that came with the action, followed by complete clarity around her, her instance reacting to danger. The side of her mouth twisted down, as the skin around that tried to seal, pushing the splinter out. The girl glared at the small peices of wood still stuck in her skin as the wound closed up. She rolled her eyes, no need to avoid the inevitable... Rin yanked them out painfully, a slow ooze of blood being stopped by her ability. The girls frown deepened, and a rush of hysteria threatened to break through her usual and calm (though it wasn't calm at the moment) facade. "Damnit!", (that's PG-13 right?) she yelled, her emotions taking over," What if I friggin' want to die?!", she screamed, her voice echoing through this small forest of trees. Rin raised her head to the sky, a silent screetch of agony. Tears ran down her face, and she collapsed onto the branch, hot tears flowing down her cheeks. She lay down, and stared up at the clouds, a gentle stream of water flowing onto the tree, and dripping down onto the ground, making small comforting pattering noises. She sighed, her breakdown apperantly over, the gentle roving halting, only one pristine question racing through her mind, hopping in and out of reality. Why me? She wondered sadly. Why me.

Her tension lessened. She had to face the facts that he was one of them. The "good guys". And he wasn't another psychopath experiment that was programmed to kill her. She hid her smirk at his comment of her living. It was too bad really, the only thing she ever knew was... Well she wouldn't go there, for now at least. Even thinking about her past gave her the chills. Her head went erect when he spoke again. She looked back at her arm and thought about the metal, and robotics that had originally been in it. She turned to him, "When I was... Created, my arm didn't work, much less look like an arm. So the white coats used different metals, chemicals, and robotic technology to make it look normal..." She paused, biting her lip, "What I think happened is they had something programmed into my arm, like a back-up defense system, and they probably activated it, trying to get me back..." Now that she really thought about it, she was really glad she had gotten rid of whatever her arm was originally made of, and that it was now normal. Except for the scar. She couldn't remember how she got it, but it felt and looked almost like a tattoo, especially with the way it wrapped around her arm. She looked back at the boy again.

Ryu glanced over the girl as she spoke. Good for you Ryu, you just saved one of the school's toys. Now your days are numbered until she kills you in your sleep. Ryu narrowed his dark grey eyes a bit and his expression was still unmoved, not showing anything in what was on his mind. Unwilling to trust the avian, he folded his arms across his chest in his trademark gesture. "If your little glitch happens again and you make any move to hurt this flock, I won't hesitate to kill you. Understand?" He questioned but didn't stay for an answer. He unfurled his black wings and the white patches on his wing tips extended as he thrusted his wings downward. In a matter of seconds he was above the tree line and heading after a familiar cry. His ability to sense negativity told him someone was hurt. There was a lot of doubt as he flew near Rin's location and his gaze fell towards the ground in search for her.

Damian glanced down at the ground when he heard voices. One of them was the boy who saved him earlier from the school, Ryu was it? He shrugged and then saw that he didn't look too happy with the girl he pulled out of the lake. Damain didn't bother to move becasue he knew this guy moved much faster than he could. His red wings folded tightly against his back as he leaned up against the tree. Interested in their conversation until Ryu flew away after a scream. Damain kept his green eyes on the girl and waited to see what she would do. Ryu always did have an attitude towards everyone, so it was no surprise to Damain the way he acted with her. The guy looked like stone and his attitude moved like one on everyone but Damian saw that he still cared for the flock. He was alright but Damain wouldn't trust anyone too quickly. He was just resting from the school break out. Greatest moment of his short little life.

Lilium was on a branch just above Damian. She liked to keep close to those of her kind but the girl who fell in the water caught her attention as she mentioned about her arm. She disliked how Ryu spoke to her but sometimes you just have to ignore him. She sensed that Ryu was tense and distant until he flew away. She wondered what made him angry but she bit he rlip and watched Damain as he shifted and then the girl on the ground. Lilium's black wings were relaxed and slightly loose but still behind her back.

Issac ran over quickly,"Avalon!" He was worried for her. (A key messed up forgive me if u dont see A's anywhere) He was confused of what had just happened. He immediatly went to her side (if thats possible didnt really really read all the paragraphs.) Addie just made a small laugh as she dropped down from the tree.
