Anyone who lives in the 10th st apartments has seen the Twin Oak Theater nextdoor. It's a beautiful theater..the victorian feel of the design draws you inside, then you stand in awe of the velvet red curtains and giant stage...as you leave you see something taped to the box office window- Auditions for up coming productions on #/#/##! - Wow! This is your chance to be on the beautiful stage!
Apartments
The 10th st apartment building has 4 floors. 1st floor- the lobby , 2nd floor (A floor)- has small apartments (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/dining room, a small living room, and balcony.) (for people living alone), 3rd floor- has medium apartments ( 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 kitchen/dining, a living room, and balcony) (for roomates, couples, or siblings), 4th floor- has the largest apatments (3 bed, 3 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 dining, a large living room and balcony) (reserved for families)
Twin Oak Theater
Out in front of the theater is of course the box office, on each side of wich there are double doors. From there there is a loby, with chairs, and a little snack bar. In the center of the lobby is the door to the hall way, that leads to the theater. Then of course there are chairs and the stage. Back stage there is; two bathrooms (male and female), 4 dressing rooms (people share), an office, a waiting room for actors, a prop room. All of these things are along the hall that runs behind stage. On either side of the hall there are doors to either sides of the stage. And then there's the board! Its covered with messages and reminders, to-do's and thank yous.
