Myra crawled higher in the tree, panting softly. Her leg stung furiously as she climbed higher, leaving blotches of blood on each branch she used.

Drake managed to grasp onto one branch, but his footing slipped, and it tumbled back down towards the ground. He landed on his ankle, and bit his tongue to keep from crying out. He cussed softly, looking around for something else to hide in.

Myra crawled back down the tree, panting heavily when she landed beside Drake, blinking at him. She jumped when a gunsot sounded near them.

Drake mouthed, "What are you doing?" to her, before he flinched at the gunshot.

Myra ignored him, crouching as she glared quickly around them, hissing in a soft breath when she saw a small group of hunters coming towards them, though they hadn't seemed to have spotted them yet.

Drake looked around, coughing slightly. His heart was racing in fear as he spotted the group of hunters coming toward them.

[Sabatea]

Myra eyed them coldly as she carefully crawled back so the tree helped to hide her, grasping Drake's arm and gently pulling him with her.

Drake glanced over at Myra, coughing again, and following her behind the tree, wincing as his ankle seared with pain again.

Myra watched the hunters as they walked closer, pausing in the clearing. They glanced around quickly, looking for any sign of them. She cried out when a bullet suddenly cut into her side, whipping around and glaring at the group of hunters behind them.

Drake glanced over at her, looking at her worriedly. He then looked back at the group of hunters, and hissed. "You @$$holes!" he spat at them.
