Alec strolled downtown, walking with his ever-usual confidence. He pushed open the door to his favorite diner and lucnh place, taking a seat by the window in the corner, so he could look out at the town. People strolled by, and soon a waitress came to greet him. She was new, he didn't know her. "Hey," he said casually. The girl blushed, and fumbled for her pen and notebook. "What would you like to drink?" she asked, stumbling slightly over the words. Alec flashed her a charming grin "Could I have a coke?" he asked. The girl nodded, scribbling it down on her notebook and scrambling away to get it the drink. Alec sighed, twisting his New York yankees purple cap around on his hed.

Nic sat at the park, he laid back on a small hill and looked at the clouds passing by, he grinned and outlined each one with his finger. He thought of how the new school would be, he couldn't completely remember the name, he will soon though. Nic closed his eyes and day dreamed of everything he could think of, the possibilities of a new school how wonderful it would be. Two things kept clouding his mind, friends, and a girlfriend. Two things he was okay at.. not the best, there were others that were pros. With every pro there is a con, Nic was in between..

Hayley was skating in the park when she spotted a kid(Nic) up ahead. She stopped just in front of him "Hey," she said, flashing a smile.

"If we're going swiming I want to get some extra clothes and maybe a couple of towels," he said and walked over to his dresser, pulling out a pair of basketball shorts, a shirt wasn't manditory. He opened his bathroom door and grabbed two beach towels from the shelf. Glancing at Kat he asked, "Do you need clothes? We still have a bunch of my sister's clothes, which she never wore more than once..." He searched around the nightstand and dresser for his keys, "Do you see keys anywhere, Kat?"

Nic slowly opened his eyes and looked towards the voice he figured talking to him and saw it was some girl. He sat up and looked at the girl, "Hey.." he said softly looking over the girl, she was not bad looking at all. Though he just moved here and didn't know anyone, didn't mean he couldn't date a girl. Nic stood up quickly, if not jumped up and took a step towards the girl. "I am Nicolas.. but do call me Nic.." he said calmly, and put out his hand to shake hers.

Hayle shook his hand quickly. "Cool name, I'm Hayley," she said. "You new around here?" she asked casually. He's cute, she thought.

Nic nodded "Yah, just moved here about a day or so, and saw this park coming in, knew it would be my first stop, it sure is beautiful here.." he explained and smiled a cheeky smile. Thinking of the possibilities this girl could offer him was astonishing, he liked the feeling. "How about you?" he asked her and grinned
