Personality-(More then few words) Cerabella is very loud and creative. She loves to design and is very good at art and style. She isn't the smartest person but you can't really call her dumb. Cerabella has a good sense of humor aswell. She tends to rush herself and wants things done on time.
History-(More then a few words) Cerabella grew up in the Capital, and never knew what it was like in the districts. Every year her parents took her to watch the interviews for the games, she loved to sit in the audience and listen to the tributes. But overall she loved to see the outfits the stylists designed. Some where shiney, sparkley, glowing, dark, bright, or anything you could imagine. She espically loved the outfits the tributes from district 4 wore. When she turned 16 she dyed her skin a pale blue colour(like octavia has green skin, or whatever). She had long silky black hair. Cerabella put a streak in her hair for every colour of the rainbow. At 20 she became a stylist for the Hunger Games, in district 4. At first she loved it, but after she began to get close two tributes the games seemed sad, and depressing all of a sudden.
