Jasper was pulling on his blue dress shirt for the reaping,His hair was a little scraggly so he went through it with his hands untill it looked presentable. He went near the front door to wait for his father.

~Alica~
The reaping was near it would be later today but at leaset she wished she could get some sleep without... "Alica wake up!" A small squeaky voice chirped up the stairs, her sister Ashley who was 11 not old enough to go into the reaping but could wacth her sister. "Mother wants you!" the voice called agian this time she could her the footsteps up the stairs "Ashley i'm up just hold on" Alica shifted under the brown covers of her bed..it has been getting cold and seh wanted warmth. Slidding of the side of her bed she stood up quickly and got dizzy so had to hold onto the ak table at the side of her bed. She still rembers being 12 her first reaping,scared untill she ehard the voice stand up there for the girl tribute and call out "Sierra jewl" Her best friend,she wacthed her as she slid by her and walked up onto the stage but what surprised ehr most was the boy tributes name "Damiain Everheart!" Her 16 year old brother as the boy tribute No...not both..i don't want to lose them... Was all she could think about at the time and stood frozen as people clapped and started maekign bets on who would win. After that when they could vist she ran into her brothers arms and cryed as he held her close and whispered in her ear "Alica..if you ever get chosen as one of the tributes win for me if I don't" and he left..they both died in the hynger games that year. Now angery at the capitol for thier deaths she avenged her brother and best friends death. Sliding on a red t-shirt and faded blue jeans she opened the dor to see her small little sisters face..pale but with a smile "Happy hunger games Alica!" she squeaked and hugged her legs, Picking her up and holding her close she knew that it would be painful for her own sister to get chosen. "Mother wants you downstairs it's about your dress" Alica set ashley down and walked back down stairs "Hello ma" Ma a beautiful women with the sweetest voice sat behind a worn flower chair looking at the glow of the fire "Alica your dress..you may go out but come back before 11:00 okay" Ma looked at her the warm glow of the fire brighting her pale face and her bright green eyes. "Yes ma" Alica picked up the box and went back to her room. Ashley wondered what the dress was liek so she wacthed as her sister openeed it and tried it on "It's like roses your beautiful in that alica" Alica looked at herself in the miroor and looked down at her sister "Thanks..." What she didn't know is that today she was getting chosen as a tribute.

"Azrael! You better get up now!" Azrael's mother yelled. Azrael moaned and put the pillow over her head. "don't make me come there!" Her mother yelled. Azrael threw the pillow off her head hearing this, eyes wide, not wanting her mother to come. Quickly dressing her her reaping dress and running downstairs. "see it's not that bad." her older sister says sitting at the table looking at Azrael in the dress. Azrael just shakes her head, and sits at the table. Eating then standing up, "I don't want to go." she whines. "Who wants go?" her sister says rudely standing.

It was the day of the reapind and skyler welcomed it..the only one to welcome a day like like this. Sliding out of his bed his white boxers moved slighty agianst his legs as he sild on his black pants and slid on his white dress shirt..Reaping outfit. Fixing his blond shggy hair hetryed to loo presentable but yet he didn't belong to this district..he blonged to District 13 but to get into the games he came here. "Skyler! you up and dressed?" His adopted mother called out from the living room. "Yes ma.." He had toc all her ma otherwise people would get supicous of him. Walking out of his room he walked past his mom and grabbed breakfast which was toast and orange juice he went outside snacking on the toast and drank the orange juice...Today he whised he would get chosen as a tribute....but yet he dsoen't know he will get chosen

~Alica~
Alica kept looking at herself and brushed out her waist length brown hair. "Ashley what happened if I became a tribute?" She asked as thier was a silence in bettween "Alica..if you get chosen I would cry and hope you wil be alive and win!" Ashley hugged her sister as shwent to get her outfit she wanetd to represent her sister in the reaping so ma picked out a sepcial dress for her. "Ashley..I love you" Alica caleld out as she wacthed her sister sprint off to her room. "Today is going to be a tough day" Sliding on the shoes that macthed the dress and her moms old ruby necklace and slid on the red hairband that had a rose on it and looked at herself ,her ma always said that her favorite flower so this time she wore a red dress and red, Alica walked downstairs to find ehr father there holding a rose "Alica hold on sweety" He said sweetly as he slid the rose in her hair behind her ear "You look beautiful" He hugged her tightly not knowing his own daughter would be chosen.

I had gone fishing the night before and traded with peple of my town I brought home a feast of wonderful things so that is why my father wanted me to get ready early so we could relax and calm out nerves. "Jasper" He called, his voice hoarse as he remebered my sister going to the hunger games and never making it back. It wasnt new to me that he cried, he now cried every day. We ate in a uncomfterbal silance untill I asked him if he needed helpwith anything this scary,scary morning of my fathers life.

The bell chimed for everyone to gatehr at the square..Alica welcomed that bell she could stand no longer waiting for her name to be one of the tributes. Alica,her mother,her father holding ashley in a slight blue dress walked out into the square. They took thier place in the back and alica in her age group. Eevryoen was talking about how nervous they were and how scared that they will elave thier families and possibaly die. Alica welcome death..she wanted to avenge her brothers death. Few people dared come to ehr to say she looks preety and she said thank you and went silent as the anthem began to play she stood their waiting. Soon the represenative came and in a loud clear voice called out "Now it is time for the tribute names..and may the odds be ever in your favor, Girls's first always!" Had a werid chirp to it but alica didn't care "Alica EverHeart!!" Alica left and started walking to the stage a voice came from behind a small voice but loud running,a small hand grabebd her arm "Alica no you can't go" Her little sister ashley's face was red with tears of the thoughs of losing her sister. Alica broke her grip then replied her face unchaged "It's what I should do." she walked onto the stage not nkowing that she might die later.

It was time..time for the reaping. Him and his adopted familiy left thier home to go to the justice building in the square like place,people talking,anthem playing,repesenative talking..all same. But the worst was yet to come "May the odds be ever in your favor and now for the tributes. "Let's start with the boys..." He pulled a slip of paper from the balland read it loud and cleraly "Skyler Andrews!" Eevryone turned to look at him as he walked up onto the stage.

Jasper and his father snuck in one last hug as He went to his age group. As soon as he got there he heard his name "Jasper Fleet!" I gasped and went up to the stage my head held high while most people in the sqaure clapped. some ust didnt move a centimeter. I nodded curtly at the audiance as I was on stage not going to let the pwerful emotion overflow me. (i did boys first because there are no girls in 4)

Azrael walked to the square, with he mother and older sister. They stand and wait silently. Azrael stood nervous, and mother stood scared and her sister just waited. The women came up onto stage, "May the odds be ever in your favor!" the women says. And moves to pick a name out of the ball, reading it closely. "Azrael Terso!" she reads. Azrael walks up to the stage, her mother was crying in the aduence. Sister stood there shock.
