Lost&Forgotten

"Anytime Dunny." she said and hopped down from the carrige. She unharnessed the pinto horse and lead him to the back of the alley which ended in a dead end. There was enough space for him to move around and there was even a bit of grass growing there. Mel quickly let him loose there had make a leento fence and left the carriage to the one side of the alley. She grabbed her duffle bag from the carrige and walked into the theater. "We're back!" she called out to everyone.

OOC: What happened to them talking to Earnest? I went away and I'm not sure how far you've come.

ooc: since you were off they walked out to do some military stuff I joined about that point and I'm still hanging around where you are so you can try talking to me

OOC: Cool! What's your charrie's name?

ooc: Bastian, but I haven't introduced myself.

I entered the room after I met sure those two had left.
The guy sitting there hadn't twitched a muscle eventhough they had left him and I was sure he still had questions.
I wouldn't be able to answer them, but I still tried to talk to him.
"Who are you?", I asked.

[Wolfin]

"Earnest Small," Earnest answered politely. "Who are you?"
He always liked to know who everyone around him was. If he was supposedly going to live here or near here he wouldn't like to have everybody hating him because nobody knows him.

[ariadne]

"Bastian."
I answered reluctantly.
"Where are you from?"

[Wolfin]

"Up the road," Earnest said blankly. "In the richer districts of town. Where're you from?"

[ariadne]

"I'm not from this town."
After a small moment of silence I added.
"I have been hiding for a while now, so I can't tell you from which town I am. I think I got somehow a bit paranoid."
A bitter smirk entered my face unconsciously.

[Wolfin]

"I told you, and I'm also paranoid," Earnest said, raising his eyebrows.

[ariadne]

"Good to know that." I chuckled lightly.
"I don't think there is much for us to do.
Care to enlighten me on why you threw away a life in luxery for ... this?"
I asked, lifting my arms in an all-encompassing gesture.

[Wolfin]

"It is irrelevant," Earnest answered simply.

[ariadne]

"Irrelevant. Good Answer. So what are we supposed to do?"
I was thinking about leaving that creepy building, but I wasn't too sure if the streets out there were safe.
On the other hand, was I being too self-centered to be thinking that everyone out there was lookin gonly for me?
There were 3 other run-aways after all.
