"What do you mean?" Abby asked, lifted her head off him so she could see him better.

"If he can't do it, he'll grow old and eventually die. I want to make sure." Benjamin whined quietly and put his paw on her knee.

Erik smiled at her softly, he kissed her gently. "I love you to."

Damon looked at Abby, "We live forever, its not all its cracked up to be."

"But people dream of living forever. You're the lucky one." Abby murmured.

"People who dream of living forever have no idea what it is like." Damon said softly.

Laraya whimpered softly and looked down at Xavior. "When should he phase?" She asked softly.

Trinity returned his kiss softly before giving him a smile.

"Set him on the bed and phase. Usually the parents are the ones to teach the babies." Benjamin paused, sniffing at Xavior. "I think he should be dressed first."

"Then how is it like?" Abby pet him again, then smiled comfortingly.

Erik smiled back at her softly, he looked at the sky.

Damon looked at her, "To watch others you have cared about die, to know you will never die a peaceful death. To have to live with all your regrets till the end of time."

Laraya nodded and pulled the bag up beside her. She quickly pulled out the pair of jeans and shirt before moving to dress him. Once he was done she placed the bag beside the bed and laied Xavior gently on the bed before moving abit away and phasing. Her wolf form was once again very small compaired to benjamin.

Trinity smiled and shifted to her head was in his lap before looking up at the sky.

"You're only looking at the downsides." Abby hugged his neck again in attempt to comfort him.

Xavior watched the two wolves infront of him for a moment, then started crying.

No, no, it's okay Xavior. It's me. Benjamin soothed, nuzzling his cheek gently.

"Mom." Xavior whimpered, looking towards his mom, now wolf, and reaching his hand towards her.

Erik smiled softly at Trinity.


"What are the upsides?' Damon asked, looking at her.
