Mayia looked up at the books of the library, her eyes alight with wonder as she looked at the books. This was definitely somewhere Mayia would probably be spending all of her time after today. She just loved the silence if she didn't have anything else for her, as long as it isn't too silent and she isn't so alone. She found this place to be magical, and it showed in her eyes. She didn't say anything though.

Mistale watched Mayia examine the books. She was glad she had shown her the library- She probably wouldn't be disturbed- or frightened- here. Smiling, she browsed the shelves, looking for a good read. The library was beautiful- Tall windows, lots of nooks to read in, both old and newer books, deep little dark corners for napping. Personally, she loved the library.

"It's so nice here...." Mayia said very quietly, walking to a shelf and running one of her hands along the spine of the books, a sweet se on her face and the water kitten curled in Mayia's arm. Mayia thought it was cute, but she still prefered the real thing opposed to a recreation.

"Maybe she finally won't be on our tails about us being together," Rilo replied as he ate another forkful of noodles. He shrugged slightly and looked over to her. "At least we won't need to hide now, correct?"

"I'm not a fan of him either," Lance replied, ignoring the fact that she liked him for a moment. He sat down when she said for him to. "I don't even have a reason why I dislike him either. I just do." He shrugged slightly. "We look nearly alike. Except his eye is red and the other is patched. And, I guess we could give us a chance, right? No harm in trying."

Eliza sighed in relief and hugged Lance. "Thank you so much! I had my first shot at love, and your cousin ruins it, but you come along and make my life brighter already. Thanks, Lance." She pulled away and smiled genuinely at him. "As fr my history, I was raised in the Amazon rain forest, hence Brazil as my favorite soccer team, and my parents were the only other humans I knew. I had no siblings, only my mom and dad, and when a pack of rogue panthers killed them," --a few tears fell at this point, but Eliza quickly brushed them away-- "I was so enraged that I turned into one and attacked the panthers, stopping them from feasting on my parents. From there on, I've always been able to shift at will, and that's why I sometimes get really hostile and sarcastic. Sorry if I ever do that to you, but now you know why." She leaned on his shoulder, sighing. "What's your background like?" She looked up into his eyes, searching for answers.

"Oh. I'm sorry about your parents," Lance said in a saddened tone when she spoke of it. "Uh, I've come from a line of demons, if you couldn't already tell. I change on the nights of full moons, and I can't stop it, just like werewolves, pretty much. My parents ended up aiding Rilo's parents in the search for him, so I was neglected. I ended up running away from home in the end and came up to the surface world. I actually live under the ground." He smiled faintly and tapped the wooden floor with the toe of his shoe. "Since the search is over now, my parents decided to send me here."
