"Thank you," Eli said, closig his sketchbook, and holding it close. It was his life now.
"I'm sorry. I'm just a little... Protective, when it comes to this."

"It's fine!" Jay smiled

"Okay," Eli said, with a half smile. He might actually make a friend.

Jay leaned agenst the tree and sighed "So. . "

"Whats it like here?" Eli asked suddenly.

"ugh" Jay sighed "Boring"

[RoseQ]

"Oh?" Eli said, asking for clarification.

"Nothing to do at this school unless you are sporty or have some real talent. . . Like you" Jay said "You can get into the drawing program!"

[RoseQ]

"A drawing program..." Eli said, then thought for a moment. It sounded interesting. He ended up shrugging.

"Yeah i did it for a bit but they wouldn't let me draw humans so I quit" Jay said then saw his shrug "But you dont have to!"
