"Yes, but now you know not to do it again," Eli said.

Adrianne glared at him. "You're mean."

"I'm sorry," Eli said sincerely.

Adrianne smiled. "I didn't really mean it. Just a reflex thing to say," she said as she walked next to him. She played with a piece of hair that had fallen from her bun.

"I feel much better now," Eli said, smiling brightly.

"Good," Adrianne said, smiling back at him. She sighed. "But we still haven't figured out where we are sleeping."

"That's true," Eli said. He peaked into a room. Nothing.

Adrianne looked in another room and found a small bed, but that was it. "Score," she muttered.

Eli would find his own room, he guessed.
