Celeste followed after Damen until the fear faded from her chest, until the bully disappeared from view.

Damen stopped and looked at her with kind eyes ''i think...we lost him'' he said softly

Celeste took deep breaths until she felt no more fear. She wanted to hide, she decided, she wanted to become invisible.

"Yeah, I'll be alright," Celeste said, taking one last breath. She wasn't scared anymore.

Eli walked through the halls calmly, assertively, his hands behind his back. He kept his chin raised, looking at everyone with a hazel glare.

Damen nodded and smiled softly ''ah, thats good'' he said softly

Eli passed by Damen and Celeste. He looked at them with a superior glint in his hazel eyes.

Damen glared at Eli, being popular aswell he knew how to be snobby and stuck up when he needed to.

Eli wondered why someone like Damen was hanging put with someone like Celeste. He had heard about her.
"Careful," Eli said, with no tone in his voice, "If you're not, you might lose your social standing." Before waiting for a response, he walked away calmly, hands behind his back. After a few moments of silence, Celeste pointed out, "He's right, you know."
