Jace practically yelped in pain and finaly dropped the switch blade making sure to kick it out of reach of the bully. Jace quickly glance reassuringly at Cambria hoping she would just take off and not get involed because Jace was sick of this bulling and was determind to land this guy in the hospital one day. Jace slipped of of the bullies grip shoved him into the lockers giving him a sharp punch to the nose before he dropped down grabed his knife and looked to Cambria "Lets go." he hssed half running towards the nearest exit not thinking he could win this fight soit's better to just run.

Just as he was about to backhand Cambria across the face, a loud "Hey!" Sounded through the halls. It was Mr. Good! The only kind teacher in this school. "Don't you dare," Good said, grabbing the bullies hand. "You know better. Get lost!" the bully stared intently at the teacher. Good was no match for this bully. They may have been the same height, but Good was much too thin. Eventually, after some thought, the bully walked away.

Cambria followed Jace silently. She wasn't sure that she wanted to skip school anymore. "Are you upset with me because I got involved?" she asked quietly. She fixed her ponytail and pulled her long hair over her shoulder.

Jace flung open the door to outside gratefully welcoming the cool, fresh air. He took a couole deep breaths and lite a cigertte raking a drag and exhaling the smoke into the air. Jace was able to get his anger in check. He glanced over at Cambria, "No." he said finally, "I have no right to be mad at you, but we both have huge tagets one our back down." he said rolling his sea blue eyes; "You should have just left me stab that retard." he muttred taking another puff of his smoke.

Cambria looked over at him. "I just don't get why they have to do it. Can I have some of that?" she asked him, motioning towards the cigarette. She bit her lip and looked back at the school. She wanted to take her hair out of her ponytail but she didn't want to do it at school. It was her safe thing. She always did it.

Jace handed her the cigerette half suprised that she even smoked. "I know, it's stupid. How are we even that different from them anyway." he said nodding in a agreement with her statment. Jace sighed solfly as he walked farther away from the school. Finding a nice large tree he sat under it resting his back on the trunk leaving room for Cambria next to him.

Cambria took the cigarette and took a long drag of it. She closed her eyes as she exhaled the smoke and followed him to the tree. She sat down and handed it back to him. "Thanks." she felt a little bit better now and she was glad he understood what she was saying."

Damen gulped silently ''am i scaring you?'' he said softly

"It's not that you're then one that scares me," Celeste said, glancing about. "They scare me," she said.

Damen tilted his head ''who?'' he said quietly, glancing around
