"I have math..." Celeste said sadly. So far, Damen had been her only student friend.

The math teacher strode into the room, looking at all the students.

''awww ok, i'll meet you outside your maths class ok'' he said softly, smiling sadly

"Okay," Celeste said, smiling back. "Room 218," she said, and headed in that direction.
Little did she know, Eli Everett followed her.

A fist pounded just an inch away from her head. "You think because Damen talked to you, it changes everything?" Eli interrogated her. "No, I..." Celeste said. "If you really wanted to be his friend, quit talking to him. It's sad when cool kids are brought down to your level," Eli said, before walking away. Celeste slid down the wall, falling into a fetal position. She would be late for math, she realized.

Damen walked to music slowly, looking at the floor, hoping Celeste was ok.

Eli glared at Celeste one last time before walking into the math room. Celeste found herself bursting inti tears, holding her knees to her chest. "I hate this place!" She cried.
