Panem has finally reached peace, and the Hunger Games are no more. The war has ended, and the Capitol has been defeated. The Mockingjay has passed peacefully, and now, her family continues to grow throughout the districts. There's now a new district, though, District 0. This District doesn't have a specialty- it provides homes for the people who can't handle to go back to their homes because maybe their home was burned down, or they don't have any family.
District 0 is located . Train tracks and train stations are very common around District 0, and children often stand by the tracks and stations to wave hello or goodbye to who or whatever boards their trains. Zero is a very ulti-cultural District, with people from every other district in Panem, bringing lumberjacks, fisherman, coalminers.. You name it, they have it. Peace shall ever reign over the Districts, and every day is a big, big, big day.

-Every District must have and equal amount of boys and girls before we can start.
-You can have up to 3 characters, as long as you keep them all active.
-All of Tess' rules apply.
-No Powerplaying/Godmodding.
-If I'm not able to get on, I will appoint an "Admin", or someone to keep watch on the RP.
-When either my "Admin" or I are not on, you may NOT RP more than 2 (two) pages.
-I have the right to not accept you or kick you out of my rp. I don't want to do that, but I will.
-Romance is encouraged, but keep it PG-13 (;
-Fighting is also encouraged, but that also must be limited to PG-13
-NO TEXT TALK. NO EXCEPTION.
-Proper capitilization and puncutation is required.
-Please use anime pics, I just think they're easier to find, xD
-Your characters may not fall in love with each other.

Looks: Personality: Kenzie is a cheerful, quirky girl. She loves to joke around, play with her friends, and hang with the guys. She tries not to flirt, but it comes naturally. She's a hopeless romantic a times, quickly falling for a guy and soon getting hurt when seeing he doesn't like her back. Whenever she's sad, she'll try to cover it up by faking a smile, or cracking a joke- but the sadder she is, the less she even wants to try. When she's angry, she's goes on a rampage, cursing, pushing people, and yelling untill she feels completely vented. She normally doesn't get this mad, but there's always a time for everything, and it doesn't always have to be the first time.
History: Kenzie is a relative of Finnick Odair, a Tribute in the Hunger Games many years before her existence. She is Finnick's great-granddaughter, and is well known to have his sea-green bluish colored eyes. Her family was killed in the Capitol war, and she and her brother are the only ones left alive. They were immediately sent to District 0 soon after peace was declared over Panem. They had lived in District 2 before the move.

He loves to make people laugh and smile, and loves to "dance"- mostly jump around and make himself look like a fool. Though, when he's sad, he doesn't have an easy time covering it up like Kenzie. He just lazes around, thinking about whatever made him sad. Although he seems unapproachable on the outside when he's hanging with his guy friends, he's waiting for the perfect, courageous girl to ask him out. He's a sensitive guy, very romancey, but apparently, no one sees that. Behind his unimportant flirting, he's looking for the perfect girl.
