Alice nods, "probally wise, you can bring him." she said. And looked around for Seth and Leah, "We are walking back."

Renesmee nodded, and began to head back, Lance at her side or at moment a bit behind her pace. He blushed a bit sometimes when he noticed he was in step with her, and fell back a little. Renesmee didn't like that, feeling that it only showed he was afraid that the rest would think he was getting too close to her for his own good. They both knew that she wasn't the type to let anyone get that close, ever, so why would he be worried about it only now?

[Better Dig Two]

Alice tilted her head at Lance, watching him fall behind Rensmee.

Jasper took Alice's hand and pulled her close to him, and then started walking back to the house.

Renesmee glanced over at Jasper and Alice, smiling sweetly. 'At least the danger is over with and out of the way.' She thought hopefully, trying to find something to distract herself with. 'Nothing else to harm any of us. Just yet, that is. You never know.' The thought made her almost giggle, for it was true; you never knew what to expect. Lance walked along, always a step behind Renesmee, staring at the ground or the treetops above, obviously trying to keep himself distracted.

Alice frowned and reached up on her tip-toes whispering to Jasper, "He looks like he doesn't want to be here." she whispers.

"I know." Jasper answered her.

[Angel-of-music]

Renesmee caught their voices, but barely. "He's just upset is all." She answered softly. "He thinks it's his fault all of this happened, I can tell by his eyes. He's not the same as the boy I truly know he is. This is about as far from himself as he could get really." She glanced over at Lance, who was staring at the ground as he trudged along beside her. 'Does she even think I'm worth all this trouble?' He thought sadly, trying hard not to show it though.

Alice frowned, she let go of Jasper's hand, and ran to Lance's side. "It's not your fault." she says, walking a long with him.

Jasper watches, knowing Alice could fix this.

Lance glanced over at Alice, trying to smile a bit, but having no luck at all. "I know it isn't really." He said, sighing. "I just can't help thinking that my presence always seems to put others in danger sometimes. It's always been like that, because I end up ruining everything or getting into trouble so deep that everyone else has to figure out a way to get me out." He laughed a bit to himself, thinking of all the times in which what he'd said was true; like that one time he'd nearly fallen off a cliff when trying to catch his cousins' cat. Renesmee glanced over at the two, smiling and watching carefully, seeing if Lance would finally become himself again once he was convinced none of this really was any of his fault.

"It's not like that. Your presence wasn't a danger to us, it won't be." Alice says smiling walking.

Jasper walked at Rensmee's side. "I always could make him more... happy." He says refering to his power.

[Angel-of-music]

"Nah, he'll get over it." Renesmee replied. "He always does. Like Rose, except most of the time quicker than that." She glanced over at Lance, then back at Jasper. "But if he doesn't, and he's still acting guilty and upset, then I'm sure it would help." She added. "But only at a last resort. I'd rather not have to explain everything else that happens to him unless need be." Lance glanced at Renesmee, then back at Alice. "I'm just a bit of klutz sometimes, and always seem to be stumbling into trouble is all." He said, smiling now. "I always seem to walk right into somewhere and cause a conflict at just the right moment." He sighed, but shrugged it off, feeling a lot better.
