White. Blinding white. All around her. Her mind spun sickeningly as she finally regained conciousness. The pristine white walls of the medical wing loomed over her as she tried to get her bearings.

She was alone, her whole left side from the shoulder out was numb. her arm was bandaged, but the smell of blood was unmasked.

Groaning, Kai rolled over gently. Now she remembered: the new scientist got too rough, and accidentally snapped off one of her arm spikes, spraying poison all over her room.

"Great. I'll probably end up staying here for the next few months while the room is being redone."

Fuming at the new guy, she sat up on the hospital bed, and prayed he'd gotten fired.

Maniacal laughter and screaming rang in Kai's ears. Carefully, she got up, and looked out the door to see two figures blur past. It was Scream and an unfamiliar female. He'd been been here a few years longer than her, but the female had only been here a few years. Two or three, probably. Kai had heard whispers that they were going to make a break for it. She rolled her eyes, and leaned against the door frame.

Scream looks at the sky and says "its going to rain"
Snowy looks confused as no one is in the building

Crossing back into the room, Kai opens the window.
Aaaaah, refreshing! Yes, rain is definitely on the way. That means the lake would refill. If only her arm would heal quickly, she could go swimming. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Scream running again. "Don't get caught, please." she whispered to the wind.

Scream looks behind him and rushes to a huge house and breaks in
Snowy goes to her house
