Kaoru sighed in a content manner as he began to speak. "You're sweet, kind... Down to earth. All of it may sound cliched, but it's true." he looked at her, a small smile forming on his lips. "You're natural; you don't try to be someone you're not. You're real."

Umi ducked her head, letting her hair fall into her face, obscuring it from view as a soft smile spread across her face. "I...I really like you Kaoru," she said quietly, her hands on her lap as she rubbed her hands nervously together. It was easy. All she would have to do is just move over alightly and tilt her head...She stopped her thoughts right there, before the blush could creep across her face. "I will be honest and say I liked Hikaru for the longest time...Or, I thought I did. I was wrong. Confused. I didnt know what I wanted, when all along my best friend was right there, and I didn't even see you..." she admitted softly.


Kai's cheeks were begining to hurt from smiling for so long. Her face just wasn't used to it but.....She liked it. A lot. She liked the feeling of being happy, of being happy just to be talking to someone....The butterflies in her stomach, also new, were strange to her as well. But....She liked it. So she didn't complain. Instead, she turned her attention away from these strange feeling and back to the man on the phone with her. "For everything huh? Hm...What else would right now be a good time for?" she asked, not knowing what to say but not wanting to hang up.

Kaoru looked over at her, a soft flash pain soarin through him, disappearing as quickly as I came. "I knew you did, but I ignored it... I hoped for the longest time that you would notice me, but I thought it was futile..." he turned to look at her, his actions taking over. He leaned forward, his eyes fluttering shut, letting his lips press against hers.

Kyouya's smile softened as their laughter calmed down. His heart felt so light... So airy. "why don't we go out to lunch of something?" Had he just said that? He hadn't meant to... He had thought it, of course. Was it a.. Date? Maybe.

Valentina stepped away from the piano when she had finished her song. She yawned and then watched as everyone was busy as always. Valentina really had not much to do, but she still had her bag with a notepad in it. Val picked up her back and sat in a chair, drawing little animals and eyes. She wasn't too good at drawing people, so she left that for when nobody could look over her shoulder and start criticizing the people. Anyways, she continued to doodle for a while, just listening to the sounds of the room.
