((everyone except Damian and Slash left))
Slash followed behind Damian and listened to his story. But when Damian had his back turned, Slash pulled out his pistol and aimed it at Damian's back.

[herondale.]

Damian already knew, even before the Skentarae had pulled out his gun, that he was clearly in trouble. He paused, glancing slightly over his shoulder at the Skentarae.

[ghostley.]

Slash stood motionless with the gun in his hand, staring at Damian.

[herondale.]

Damian sighed. "I'm not trying to frighten you in anyway," he said. "You wanted to know the truth."

[ghostley.]

Slash still made no movement, but didn't have any idea what to do considering the fact that he was talking to a human.

[herondale.]

Damian glanced at the ground, sighing quietly to break the silence. He was in for it.

[ghostley.]

Slash stared and felt guilty for no reason. He could feel that Damian wasn't acctually with the humans. He very slowly lowered his arms, so slow that you could even tell he was moving.

[herondale.]

Damian glanced at Slash for a few minutes, slowly realising he was lowering his arms. Damian slowly turned to face him.

[ghostley.]

Slash flinched when Damian turned around and almost pulled out his sword out of habit. But he didn't.

[herondale.]

Damian watched Slash flinch and paused, glancing at the ground. He could tell the others had run away. Thanks.. he thought to himself.
