The boy choked a bit, choking back a sound, not actually choking, as Luc hugged him too. He coughed a bit, then shook his head. He walked closer to the other male. He let him hug him, if that's what Coby wanted, and let himself cry. (Wb? Maybe)

The gray eyed black haired male hugged the boy as he choked. Not that he was really choking, not on food or anything. He patted his back a bit, then let him move closer to Coby. He watched the boy finally break down, finally crying.

The sweet and gentle but stubborn and hard headed at times woman smiled. She watched her lovely little baby granddaughter playing. Kodi, her black and white pup, rested against her. True, he was three, but she'd always refer to him as pup. The pretty woman with gray eyes and Greek skin tone patted him a couple times. Her straight black hair, just past the shoulders, was pulled back. It was only partly so, and she'd actually done Georgia's hair. She was also wearing a pink blouse and dark red skirt today.

Not that she could really speak yet, or not much. The creamy skinned pink and black haired one would pronounce it gamma. "Yeah. Besides, I…uh…I haven’t 100% made up my mind yet. We’d be at super high risk. Because we’ve got Sabo, Draco, and Micah around, we’ve got government eyes on us, and if they got wind that two of the crew broke off on their own, they’d be on us IMMEDIATELY." Karter hadn’t considered that, but with his Devilfruit, he could at least keep the Marines off their tails for a while. He tilted his head to the side thoughtfully. "Do you think we would build a crew of our own if we DO decide to get away from here?" He wondered.

Coby hugged him tightly, pulling Linkk against his chest. "Regardless of what happens, r-remember that we love you. Remember that…that I’m proud of you, you’ve come so far, and so fast too. Regardless of what side of the field we stand on one day, I just want you to make the decision for yourself, and live a life with no regrets. Maybe it’s unprofessional, but you know how to reach me if you feel like talking," he reminded him. "I’m right here. I’m always right here. Just promise me something…" he bit his lip. It was selfish and unfair to ask, but if they were going to part ways, he needed to say it, knowing if it came to a fight, he likely wouldn’t be able to go through with it unless it was something truly desperate. "If at any point you hold any sway over the crew, don’t let them hurt or take away Georgia, she hasn’t been exposed to pirates, to almost anything corrupted in this world, and…I don’t want her to get swept away by the idea of adventure and leave us too, or to get hurt. If she’s safe, and you’re safe, then that’s all I’ll ever need."

"Would you rather join the Revolutionaries? We could talk to Sabo at some point, see if he can give us an in when he leaves. Just know it’d be a lot of work. The army doesn’t take things lightly. Their entire goal to rise up and make war against the entire World Government. Tear down this world's corruption once and for all, and build them up stronger and bigger and better, with more pure intentions." Karter grinned widely. He may want to leave this specific crew, but that hardly meant he was ready to settle down and ditch his fiery side.

"I know Luc can take care of himself, he’s one of the strongest guys I know. But you're fresh out of first level training, and Georgia is a baby who can’t defend herself when it comes down to it," Coby pointed out. "As for why they’d be interested in her…there are times when the enemy tries to hit where it hurts. Bringing harm to the child of an Admiral is a clear message, a declaration of war, or a warning, and I don’t think I could stand for that. You can say these pirates wouldn’t do that, but you don’t know most of them, and all pirates are enemies of the Marines." He slowly breathed out. "We'll leave you in peace now, just take care of yourself, whatever that takes. I love you."

Buck knew by the subtle upward curve of law’s lip that the doctor was just teasing so he couldn’t take the comment to heart. But that little tinge of a smile was enough to make Buck’s heart flutter about in his chest. “Sure I do, but you’re most important.” Buck casually said, as if stating an obvious fact. He could cook, study, sleep, talk to his Crewmates, but taking care of Law would always come first and foremost to Buck. Contrary to his gruff outward appearance, Law always fussed over his crew, making sure that they were okay in every way imaginable, but often neglected himself. Buck couldn’t stand for that, so he took it upon himself to take care of his beloved captain’s every need.

Law wanted to argue, but he knew the look on Buck's face. The Mink wasn’t about to take "no" for an answer, so there was no point in even trying. Besides, he didn’t feel like having an argument right after waking up. "Fine, fine. I’m just saying, you don’t NEED to worry so much. I'm a doctor, I know exactly how much my body can take, and when I’ve hit my limit." Law needed to be doing something constantly. Sleep was a waste of time. He could sleep properly when he was at his limit. Good lord, it was hard enough to remember to sneak the occasional nap or eat a full meal sometimes though! The rest of the crew had largely stopped pushing him about it, but Buck never stopped. Maybe while he expressed some irritation at it, on some level, there was a piece of Law that appreciated the concern.

Marines're allied with the World Government, so the Revolutionaries would try to tear them down, rebuild society stronger and more safely, and they have two of the most powerful criminals on this side of the Grand Line on their side, Sabo and Monkey D. Dragon, the son of the Marine Hero Garp. They’re gonna win, even if it looks like it’s them against the whole world right now. One day, they’re gonna become super strong, and they’ll make their move and if we play our cards right…" Karter's pale eyes gleamed brightly. "Then we could be there to see the world become a better, safer place, where people aren’t owned, where people don’t have to live in fear. Where crime is eradicated, which sounds dumb coming from a criminal, but I’m sure y'know what I mean."

"Sorry," Coby murmured. Did he not express how much he valued Lucian enough? Does he feel neglected? Coby knew he’d been burying himself in his work recently, but really! He kissed Linkk's forehead and tucked an escaped strand of hair behind his ear, letting his hand linger briefly on the boy's cheek, taking in his face, mainly for fear that he might never see it again. "Be safe. Best of luck out there." He stepped away to rejoin the rest of the group on the dock, shooting Linkk one more smile. He’d cry when they got back, he just knew it, but he didn’t care. For now, he had to at least make himself look strong. Just until he was alone again.

She never wanted to see such things, not in this lifetime. Not that she believed in rebirth, but she didn't think she'd want to see it any lifetime. She then snorted, before saying "A world of peace and safety...that'd be nice. Adrian and Akirra really seem to like Sabo, so they'd maybe help. I don't think they'll become Revolutionaries though. Hey, maybe, who knows; maybe they actually would," she said. She didn't know if that were true, though.

The playful family loving but loud and sometimes fussy one giggled and batted at a toy. She grabbed said toy, starting to chew on it.
