Coby couldn’t care less if HE got sick. He didn’t feel right in the slightest leaving Lucian to deal with it and keeping his distance. I reckon I’d be no better than his ex if I ditched when he needs me. With that, he helped Lucian into the infirmary and waved for one of the free doctors to come check things out. "How’re you holding up?" Coby's voice was soft. He tried to keep his expression neutral, but wasn’t quite sure he succeeded.

Karter put his dishes in the sink, then headed over to where Ace and Nyx sat, Ace hugging Nyx as if to comfort her. Bad timing, but stuff still has to get done. He cleared his throat though. "Uhhh...Nyx? Quin wanted to talk to ya if you’ve...if you’ve got a sec. I can see this's bad timing..."

Coby bit his lip. "Okay okay...um...okay...I..." How am I supposed to help with him being sick when I barely know how to take care of myself? However, then the doctor arrived and relief flooded Coby as the doctor set to checking heart rate and visible surface symptoms of a cold or flu. "Sorry. I..." Coby shook his head. "I’m bad at this." He would’ve said more, but catching his eye, another doctor came over to check over Coby's own injury. He kissed Lucian's forehead. "I’ll be right back. Just have to get my shoulder checked, and I’ll come back right away, okay?"
